The fact is, I legitimately found out Jason Anderson Started this company on Facebook through a friend.
We decided to split up as a subcontractor team from differences we had a long time ago.
Despite that, I could never honestly say that I would trust any other plumbing service in this town, more than I trust Nevada Plumbing Authority; Despite that!

The plumbing service I received from this company was exceptional. The plumber arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with my water heater, and repaired it efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Initial experience very good and happy with service in replacing hot water heater. One month later no hot water. Came out and said have to order part and no hot water for three days. Returned to find out still wasn't working and had to order another part. Jerry-rigged it so we could have hot water but no safety device in heater to turn off if it gets to hot. Was told it would be fixed the following week when the part comes in. After two weeks of not hearing from them I called. Was told they would call me back and didn't. I called again and was told it could be done next week. I then filed a complaint. Then they called me and told me it could be done yesterday (Saturday). Agree upon time 2-4p. Guess who didn't call me or show up. I called and was told the guy coming had a big job he was working on. Guess they forgot to call and tell me. Now I still have a brand new hot water heater that I paid for that is jerry rigged and will be refurbished. I am not happy at all. I wish they would return my money and let me buy a new hot water heater that I paid for, not a broken one they keep refurbishing or at least say they are going to fix and not come.

We called Bosch Plumbing on a Sunday due to water leaking from the ceiling. After a quick call, Keegan arrived by 4:00 PM and quickly diagnosed our problem. We had a nail through a water line from the home builder.

My air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday and on a day here in Vegas when it was 112 degrees outside. I called around to several places and no one answered until I called Mastermind Mechanical. Haik answered the phone and said he could be here within the hour. Not only did he keep his promise and showed up 20 minutes later but he diagnosed and fixed the problem! This honestly was the best experience I’ve had here in Vegas dealing with a repair company. I called Plumbing Repair Now because they offered same day service. Not only did they come out on the same day but within two hours of calling. The plumber, I believe Steve was his name, was very professional and friendly. I had called this company because my water heater leaked and flooded my garage floor. Steve removed the old one and replaced it with a brand new water heater with a ten year warranty. He even helped with removing the water from my garage floor. Excellent service. After trying other plumbing services in Las Vegas I couldn't be more happy.

Vince just left my house, he throughly checked out our heating and cooling system with no faults noted but made some future recommendations for air quality in our home. Oh my gosh. This is the second time Garry has been to our house and he is the BEST! He fixed our garbage disposal so quickly. From the time he rang the doorbell to the time he walked out the door was 14 minutes I counted! He’s kind and sweet and takes time to talk to us about how to use the equipment and what to look for in the future. When we buy our own house he’s the guy we will call 100% of the time! Alex M. from Impact Plumbing was great. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had a dishwasher water supply line leak. After repairs, he ran my dishwasher to confirm no leaks at both new connections. His attention to detail is commendable.
