I bought a new refrigerator that could not be installed because the water line for the water dispensers on the old refrigerator could not be disconnected from the wall. I called some other plumber that quoted me $960.00 to replace that shut off valve. I called Nevada Plumbing Authority for another estimate. Andrew came to my house and was able to shut the valve off and pull the line from my existing refrigerator out. No repairs were necessary. I saved $960.00 because I found an honest and competent company. I am grateful that I found them. It is a relief that he did not try to sell me a repair that was unnecessary. It's hard to beat the value you get from these pros. I was about to go without hot water for days when they came and replaced my water heater in about 20 minutes.

I called early in the moring around 8 am to set up an appointment for later on today between the hours 2 -4pm . Cancel all my plans to wait for them for a leak i had .and 2:45 hits and they Cancel on me .they wanted to reschedule for tomorrow with no justification just supper disappointing..I support local businesses but this one had me upset..not even hey if you can wait for tomorrow all wave my service charge. So I found someone else

Initial experience very good and happy with service in replacing hot water heater. One month later no hot water. Came out and said have to order part and no hot water for three days. Returned to find out still wasn't working and had to order another part. Jerry-rigged it so we could have hot water but no safety device in heater to turn off if it gets to hot. Was told it would be fixed the following week when the part comes in. After two weeks of not hearing from them I called. Was told they would call me back and didn't. I called again and was told it could be done next week. I then filed a complaint. Then they called me and told me it could be done yesterday (Saturday). Agree upon time 2-4p. Guess who didn't call me or show up. I called and was told the guy coming had a big job he was working on. Guess they forgot to call and tell me. Now I still have a brand new hot water heater that I paid for that is jerry rigged and will be refurbished. I am not happy at all. I wish they would return my money and let me buy a new hot water heater that I paid for, not a broken one they keep refurbishing or at least say they are going to fix and not come.

I called Plumbing Repair Now because they offered same day service. Not only did they come out on the same day but within two hours of calling. The plumber, I believe Steve was his name, was very professional and friendly. I had called this company because my water heater leaked and flooded my garage floor. Steve removed the old one and replaced it with a brand new water heater with a ten year warranty. He even helped with removing the water from my garage floor. Excellent service. After trying other plumbing services in Las Vegas I couldn't be more happy.

In June, these people were sent to my house by my Home Warranty company for an A/C problem. In less than 4 minutes, the tech pointed out several problems with the unit and advised that the freon was leaking. He offered an expensive leak test. I declined his offer and got a second opinion from a different company. The tech from this company discovered that the unit contained over 3/4 freon. He did find one small problem, which he corrected.

I had a problem with my toilet in master bathroom; Angel returned my call the same day and came to assess the situation (2 days later..my earliest availability). He knew what was wrong and went to get the replacement part. Lowe's nor Home Depot had the part I needed; but Angel had found out Amazon sold the part. I ordered it and 2 days later, even with two other jobs pending, Angel arrived early and replaced the part. He is so personable and professional-knows what he's doing and took a look at a few other things for me. Angel is an ANGEL!!! Will always reach out to In Home Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.
