Southwest Gas gave me the name of Nevada Plumbing Authority as one of their approved partners to perform the work. They were prompt, responsive, and did stellar work. I would not hesitate to use them again. These guys are great.

The technician, Gilbert did a great job. I had an issue with two leaking faucets and a tub diverter as well as a slow drain in the bathroom. I needed to buy a new faucet for the bathroom and one for the kitchen. He helped me find the faucets that would work for me while I searched on Lowe's website and when they all arrived, he came back and installed them for me as well as unclogged the slow drain.Gilbert was very helpful, courteous, conscientious and friendly. I appreciate all the help and the quick install once I had the faucets. I would recommend Precision Plumbing if you a plumbing problem. Ask for Gilbert!!

The crew that helped me out was very effecient overall. From talking to people on the phone to those who worked at my house. I had one of the guys try and troubleshoot a few things inside to see if maybe we could get my insurance to cover my cost. After seeing it was a problem from outside they were still willing to work with me so that I didn't have to pay the whole thing at once which was greatly appreciated considering it was a pretty big job. They worked on the problem right away and got my leak taken care of. Not sure why the negative reviews because they did the job and got it done.

I called Plumbing Repair Now because they offered same day service. Not only did they come out on the same day but within two hours of calling. The plumber, I believe Steve was his name, was very professional and friendly. I had called this company because my water heater leaked and flooded my garage floor. Steve removed the old one and replaced it with a brand new water heater with a ten year warranty. He even helped with removing the water from my garage floor. Excellent service. After trying other plumbing services in Las Vegas I couldn't be more happy.

He was absolutely knowledgeable and walked to each vent.,asked what was the signs I noticed before the air stopped.
He explained the type of unit I had.
He went on the roof to check it out, and was done in no time at all. Great man. He 3rd me what it was and about my being able to get the best use to all my rooms. What a smart and honest man...I wish a repairman were like him...his name is Earl...dont forget it.!

The serviceman installed three new toilets in my home. Worked fast and did such a great job, especially when two of them were upstairs. He even cleaned up the floors after he was done. Great job!
