Best Water Treatment in Las Vegas NV

Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

Drew T came out to our house last night. Our HOA is a PIA but he was able to get them to let them through and shut off our water as the water heater busted. He told us what time in the am he would return to install a new and and called me in the am to confirm. Very professional and down to earth guy and great representative of his company. I’d go with precision plumbing again 100%.

I'm only giving 3 stars because I described my problem in grave detail to the scheduler, only to have them come out and tell us they're not qualified to do irrigation line leak detection (we want it pin-pointed exactly and apparently American Leak Detection is the only qualified contractor for that? At least the only one we could find that definitely does that type of inspection). Anyway, that delayed us from getting on the schedule for the correct contractor to come out and we need it fixed ASAP to sell our house. Please train your schedulers on what your company can and can't do! Very frustrating. At least they showed up on time and were friendly and up-front with us.

Jose was able to send Tyler and Cody within a couple of hours to check and replace my leaking water heater. They were fast and did a great job. Also used Hip’s in May to replace 3 really old, maybe original, faucets. Jeffrey and Eduardo did a great job.

They came out right away. The shower cartridge had to be replaced, and also 2 toilet water valves. They did an excellent job. Very friendly and very professional. You can't go wrong with MCS.

I have lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years and have plenty of experience with contractors both good and bad. Plumbtech is among the best and provided excellent, comprehensive and quality service at a value price.

The work was substantial in that my house was incorrectly plumbed when it was built some 25 years ago. I will not go into the details to save space here but needless to say it was a job of several thousand dollars due to the extensive fixes needed to get everything up to code.

Plumbtech was attentive and provided a full set of options. The sale was straight forward and relaxed (unlike many other plumbing contractors I have experienced in the past). They explained the problems they found and gave me multiple options as to how to address them with advantages and disadvantages to each.

They started the work on time and finished it in the time frame promised. NO SURPRISES!

They tested and thoroughly and completely corrected any minor short comings that they found or that I pointed out before completing the job and paying the bill. It was one of my best experiences in Las Vegas with a contractor.

We recently acquired a condo in Vegas and we called Straight Up! to fix a bathtub leak that has been causing an issue for awhile now. The lady that answered the phone was polite and found an appointment time that fit into my schedule. The plumber that came out explained what was happening, why it was happening, and most importantly, how to get it to STOP happening! He gave us multiple options to choose from and we found a fix that fit our budget. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their professionalism, honesty and customer service! They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and we will certainly be calling them the next time we need a plumber!

I feel lucky I ran into this guy. I had another plumber do some work on my water heater and he created a mess that he could not fix. Sanderson came in and fixed it in 30 minutes for a perfectly reasonable fee. I won't call anyone else with any future plumbing issues.
