I give this company an A+++. The first time we used them, Jason came out and diagnosed our leak and then installed a faucet for us. He did a great job. The second time, he was prompt in getting back to me and provided me with valuable information to fix my water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable and his prices were on point.

I have more words than I am willing to type here. Long and short is that Silver State Plumbing is jacked up. They have a lot of good plumbers, but whoever is runing the show, coordinates, and communicates on bigger jobs just fails.

$4000 to replace old pipes that were back grading and causing consistant clogging and backup of kitchen sink. 6 months later, 6 + different plumbers, and hours of sitting at the house waiting for the plumber to show up, multiple wet floors... still trying to get it fixed.

This week, payed another pumber to inspect work and give second opinion since we are backing up again. He found that the pipes had started to sag and grading is off again and that silver state should warranty thier work.

Contacted silver state, they replace pipe again on tuesday. Wendeseday come home to a flooded landry room. Thurs silver state back out, they look at pipe, have bunch of ideas, ask us not to run dishwasher or laundy and will be back Friday to Hydrosnake the lines. Friday, new plumber shows up, no idea what is going on or that this is a reoccuring issue, spends half his time here talking to his manager to get a grasp, and then snakes line again.

Think if I send Silver State and invoice for the hours and hours I've spent baby sitting, following up, cleaning up, and waiting on them they will pay me thier hourly rate?

Angel and crew were great. I had a problem with my shower, I contacted him in the evening, and the next day he was here. Angel and crew were here for less then an hour, and in that time they fixed my shower, showed me how to clean/maintain my faucets, clean/maintain my tankless water heater and answered all the random questions I had along the way. After they fixed the problem, they showed me exactly what was wrong to make sure that I was satisfied with what they did. They did not try to over sell me or rework the entire plumbing for a small problem. In House will be my go-to for any kind of plumbing work for now on. Thank you guys for all your hard work and help

Rep was timely, clean and very professional. Thoroughly explained what he was doing. Charges were reasonable. My water heater went out at approximately 4pm and was ready to go around 10 am the next morning. The water heater was last installed by another company and had warranty left. Impact handled the warranty exchange for me and all had to do was cover the difference in cost after the prorated cost was figured. VERY HAPPY.

Fantastic work: Although the cartridge I supplied was incorrect they swapped it out with the correct one for no extra charge. Very clean and professional at a very reasonable cost!

Arrived as promised & was given a call when he was 10 minutes away. The only thing I didn't like was I had 2 jobs needing a bid ,& the written bid didn't have a breakdown for each one.

Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.
