Have never been disappointment with their kindness and service. We had new A/C and Furnaces installed back over 6 1/2 yrs ago. Maintenance checks twice a year. Always treated well! Today Vince and Shawn where here for a problem visit with the furnace. Furnace wouldn't kick on. I called at 7, and someone was able to be here in a few hours. Clog causing problem. Problem fixed. Fast, friendly, good quality service

Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.

Called pipe dreams plumbing my water heater was leaking water had to be replaced.I talked to a gentleman named Chance. Chance informed me he had one of his employees just finishing a job. I was told a plumber would call me before coming, Zack called me said he would be there between 12 and 1. He arrived at 1230 replaced the water heater . Great job friendly personnel

I had four plumbers before Artie came out and each one had no idea why my water was pressure low. It must be the well, four other houses are on the same well and not having anything close to my problem. Artie, sent Trevor a very nice young man who explained everything to my wife as I was not home. He looked at a few things and came the conclusion that it was an old valve and it was it took him 30 minutes to fix it. No more standing in the shower with soap all over me and nothing coming out of the shower head, because one of the kids flushed the toilet!
