Chris, provided plumbing service. He was quick and professional. He explained why I had the leak, and the process to repair . Excellent service.

Angel and crew were great. I had a problem with my shower, I contacted him in the evening, and the next day he was here. Angel and crew were here for less then an hour, and in that time they fixed my shower, showed me how to clean/maintain my faucets, clean/maintain my tankless water heater and answered all the random questions I had along the way. After they fixed the problem, they showed me exactly what was wrong to make sure that I was satisfied with what they did. They did not try to over sell me or rework the entire plumbing for a small problem. In House will be my go-to for any kind of plumbing work for now on. Thank you guys for all your hard work and help

Impact Plumbing performed a grease trap installation for our business. They took the job from start to finish including design, planning and permitting. Joe and the crew were very responsive to phone calls and text messages. I highly recommend this company if you want your plumbing project to be completed professionally.

I was driving down Ft Apache coming from Tropicana at about 4:30-4:45pm on 8/23. Your tech driving a Raptor Plumbing Van #12 was reckless with his driving. He was dodging in and out of traffic lanes, speeding, taking off on green lights, going off into the desert to go around cars and trying his best to get home, I can only assume, in Mts Edge. Only to pull up next to him and find him looking at his phone possibly texting. I call to complain and you guys close at 4pm. Makes sense why he was driving erratic. Gotta get home on Friday night right?! All this while I'm driving with my 3 year old in his car seat. People like this and companies that hire people like this don't deserve jobs or to be in business. Hopefully people read this and choose another company for their plumbing needs!
