Best Water Softener Install in Las Vegas NV

Andrew was great! Installed my shower fixtures and fixed any issues in a prompt manner. Prices are more thsn reasonable. I recommend their services and will be using them again if need be.

So far all the guys that I've had the pleasure to have met such as Mike, Jason and Abe they're all great plumbers and Trouble Shooters but most of all they're all very Honest.

Paul came out and installed a new water heater. He was professional, extremely nice and did a great job. I would highly recommend him and his company!

They sent Bob to my house and he was awesome! We were trying to hook up a washer dryer combo to the plumbing under the sink. Even though what we did was unconcentional and definitely macgyvered, he still helped us stopped the leaks without having to redo the whole thing or install new plumbing. He also gave us some suggestions moving forward. I really appreciate his work and his friendly attitude. I hope they do lose Bob, cause as long as he works there, they are my go to plumbers from now on!

Well, I went against my wishes and called this company before I checked my reviews. That was my second mistake. This company actually wanted $849.00 to install a water line for my new refrigerator. They now get NO STARS. Absolutely ridicules pricing for a simple job. Then the guy actually ask me for a service fee!

Great service. Easy to book appt, free estimate, quality service and reasonable prices. UPDATE: We used them a 2nd time and they crushed it again. We had urgent issue, they called first thing in morning, were able to fit us in, extremely fast and professional, quality service and price was excellent!

My property manager had them.come out to my hone to look at my water heater to be repaired. Have me move out my can am ryker and my atv to look at it just to wait for an approval they don't get waste my time with all.of it. Never have your customers move things around if u don't even have an approval to fix it smh

Chance was recommended by someone I know in Vegas. I was dealing with something for my mother’s property. I called and left a message. Chance returned my call promptly. After a brief discussion I wanted to hire him only to find out that he did not service my mother’s area in Henderson. I asked if he had a recommendation, and he did. I called the other company and they had someone out within an hour. Chance was polite, professional and asked very good questions to clearly understand the situation. I would have happily hired him if he serviced the area. Thanks to him I had the issue resolved quickly at a very reasonable rate.

I would like to voice my opinion loud and clear: DO NOT USE AQUA PLUMBING in Las Vegas. They have the worst customer service snd especially Kelly is extremely rude and incompetent.

My water heater broke and I called them out to come fix it. The tech was nice and thankfully it was under warranty. They had one in the shop and was able to get it installed, however it was defective and we went all night without hot water.

They gave us $100 off the labor charge and showed pretty early the next morning. Very happy with the service even though it was a bit of a pain having no hot water for the night.

I know they have some less than 5 star reviews but the service I experienced was very professional and I was very happy with the $100 discount for the inconvenience of having no hot water!
