Keegan Bosch is very efficient and reliable. We called him for an outside faucet that we tried to replace ourselves and could not complete the job. We had the water shut off at the main valve and could not turn it back on until the new faucet was put back on. Keegan came out the same day. He was very busy but he worked us in. We are very pleased with his work. No more leaks.

Awesome experience! We woke up to an inoperable furnace and called Time. They gave us a time window for a house call the same day. He showed up exactly when scheduled and quickly was able to identify the problem and get us up and running only a few hours after our initial call. Great, friendly, professional, and QUICK service. Fast response! There was a leak of some sort and Impact plumbing said they could get some one out asap as soon as possible. Alex came over and assessed the problem and was very clear on the step by step process. Very knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. Product: New Navien Tankless water heater, and NOVO HTO/HTOK. Over all these two products in combination have made a huge difference with our daily routine of running the dishwasher (dishes are cleaner), washing machine (clothes are cleaner), and our water from our showers and faucets(no itchy dry skin feeling). Also we got hot water galore! 🤓👍🏽👍🏽🤓Excellent work Fernando, and Preston on the final gas hook/up 01/10/2023.Also, thank you Zach Reese 11/02 11/8, 11/11, 11/18 , Brandon Juarez 11/03-11/04, 11/13 for going above and beyond replacing our front water faucet outside, and new venting on the side of the garage, Christopher Beesley 11/7, and David Acosta 12/09 took pictures to submit to city. You all were professional, did a great job, on every aspect of the install even though there were a few hiccups. It took a while for the city, I'm assuming; to approve the gas hook-up. Very rarely do you meet a professional such as Mike Rehac at My Plumber LV. We found Mike online and it was a fantastic experience! Mike responded to our service request almost immediately and went above and beyond. He repaired several faucet handles and even though it was a late night call, helped us advert disaster by replacing a leaking kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue immediately, suggested which replacement fixtures to buy online and even went to the store to pick up the new faucet. He even came back the following morning to complete one more repair that he had to pick up a part for. Our house was ready for dozens of guests coming in and we were able to be ready and have our kitchen ready for action. This is the best plumber we've ever worked with!

Raptor plumbing installed the plumbing in my daughter's new home. It has never worked from day one. We have had them out several times and all they say is we use too much toilet paper, or you have to flush every toilet everyday. Once again, the toilets will not work and they absolutely refuse to take responsibility for the shoddy installation and told me point blank that they fixed the issue. The issue has NEVER EVER EVER BEEN fixed. Stay far far away from this company and never purchase a home where they did the plumbing installation.

Nicest repair person I have EVER dealt with in my life. Came out on a Sunday, hottest day in July, worked tirelessly for 4 hours, and charged very little. Definitely the only Plumber I will ever use in the future. Blown away by the customer service!! Thank you!

I decided on a whole home water system and Sanderson Plumbing was up to the task. Very polite, professional, and educated me on the process. Both father and son came to the home to begin the installation and Jonathan completed the task with such efficiency that I was surprised. Cost was as expected for the service but the actual workmanship is wonderful. Jonathon explained how to utilize the system after installation and we will definitely use them again. We are considering an upgrade to our water heater.

BTW, no up-charges or pressure to buy anything other than the work we requested. That was refreshing and the whole process was simple.

I had another plumber come twice to fix my toilet .. first time he didn't have a toilet ring .. 2nd time remounted the toilet without unplugging it .. Kyle was soo friendly and helpful it was amazing .. he had rings AND a HUGE snake on his truck .. got the plug .. an old stocking .. and saved me HUNDREDS as the other guy had recommended a jet instead of the snake ..
