I called early this morning at 7:30am, our 50 gallon water heater ruptured sometime during the night. At 7:46am, I received a call from Hector Cardenas. Hector let us know he could have someone out by 9am to provide an estimate. By our request, we were able to provide information and pictures via text and get a quote for a new one to be installed today in minutes. At approx. 8:30am, I let him know we wanted to move forward and he was very responsive, letting us know we would have someone here at 10am with a new one to be installed. I received a text confirmation along with name and picture, then another text to let us know Hector was enroute. Hector arrived early, very professional and started to remove the existing tank. He shared knowledge on cleaning the damage. We had also noticed a possible leak from a water stain on the ceiling and asked if we could get an estimate/ possible repair this same visit. Hector was very willing. He took a look at the shower drain that was the source and was easily able to complete the repair if we would cut the drywall. We said okay and by 11am - all repairs were complete. I would strongly recommend Hector Cardenas and trying this company for plumbing, water heater and as he mentioned air conditioning.

Jason was professional and efficient. He helped fix our sink and our washer. I highly recommend him if you want to get the job done right!

They arrived promptly, completed the work, and performed an extensive inspection. The plumber was upfront and unclogged the toilet's very deep obstruction. I am quite pleased with the job! And the service was excellent.

Excellent quality, fair pricing, exceptionally professional are words that come to mind when we utilized the services of Mastermind Mechanical. After scheduling we received an email confirmation of the appointment and the name of the person who would be arriving: it had a picture of the person as well. They arrived on time and gave notice when they were on their way. It was a wonderful relief to have a service company arrive on time.

Upon arrival he diagnosed the issue and provided options and explained the recommended course of action in order to save us money. He took the time to show us everything, answer our questions and was patient throughout the process. His knowledge was top notch. A price was established which was very fair.

Once the course of action was complete (which was done over the course of a few days - on time every time) the technician would not consider the job complete until he saw the results he felt were necessary. Anyone else would have done what was agreed upon and left the job sight without further concern. But, Mastermind Mechanical went above and beyond to ensure the a/c was producing cool air as efficiently as possible. And, he did not increase the price despite having to purchase additional items that were not part of the original quote. It is so refreshing to have a company that honors their quote and still goes above and beyond.

I called Plumbing Repair Now in Vegas and had my water heater replaced within hours. The plumber was fast and professional. They did a good job of cleaning around the water heater after they were done. The price seemed very reasonable plus it came with a full warranty.

Our water tank started leaking. At first it was a small leak but became rapid, so it was an emergency! Impact Plumbing dispatched someone to our home under an hour and he was able to replace some parts and stop the leak. We were so thankful for their responsiveness, professionalism, and fair pricing! We would definitely use them again in the future to replace our water heater when the time comes.

Came on time, quoted a fair price to replace water heater and heat pump and we authorized it. Then the technician realized the pump wasn’t broken and informed us it didn’t need to be replaced. He could have easily not told us. That level of honesty and professionalism is rare and very appreciated.

These 2 gentlemen installed a water filtration system in our house. T,hey worked like a surgical team. This company gave me an estimate for placement of several valve boxes, trenching, and tying into a drain in my foundation. It involved jack hammering the house foundation, jackhammering the footing of a retaining wall, and placement of a channel drain. The job took longer than the company anticipated and i was told that they may need a change order and charge more. I pushed back that I had changed nothing from the original job that they quoted, and the fact that the job is taking longer than they anticipated is not my fault. I had sent them in advance the installation instructions from the manufacturers of the channel drain in order that they could inspect them and let me know if there were any problems. When it came time for the channel drain installations, they refused to install the drains according to the manufacturer's instructions. If they had a problem with this then I think they should have informed me prior to starting the job. I ended up placing the forms myself for pouring the concrete per manufacturers instructions. Their employees were given an ice chest full of ice with soft drinks. Their employees where provided lunch for two of threes days the initial job took. When the function of the drainage was tested it was found that the drain overflowed the trap box almost immediately which I think should have been anticipated by a plumber. The plumber told me that they could install another valve to prevent this overflow and it MAY cost more, but if it did cost more, it would not be much, and there would be a change order. I had to leave town, and I never received notice of a change order or any additional cost. The plumbers arrived and had my friend at the house sign the change order but she tells me she was misinformed that I was aware of the job (I was aware of the job, but NEVER was informed of the cost) and she tells me the tablet she signed did not display the cost of the job. The plumbers came for exactly 1 hour 39 min (recorded on security cam footage). I was charged $470 for one plumber and one helper. I wrote the company that I felt this charge was exorbitant, and I asked for a breakdown of the hourly rate and parts charges. I never received a reply. Later I received an email reply that they don't charge by the hour and that they provide value in their work. I really don't think $470 for one hour and 39 min is much value, and they had my friend sign the change order without knowing anything about the specifics. Bottom line I think they reamed me for an hour and 39 min at a charge of $470 because they spent more time than they wanted on the initial job (which had already been paid in full). I know that they will say they spent over $100 on parts. I supplied the valve, they supplied a valve box and perhaps a connector or elbow or two. I dont know how this could cost over $100. The trench to do the work was already open and was left open. I will never use this company again. Make sure you dont let them try to upcharge you because they may have underestimated the time for the job.

Love these guys. My pool is leaking, I had two previous people out to correct the problem, both diagnosed incorrectly and made and charged me for repairs that didn't correct the problem. Called Affordable leak detection, spoke with Wayne. He and his brother showed up exactly when they said they would, knew exactly what to do, correctly identified and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price I was happy to pay.
