Jason has on two occasions come to help us with water leaks. He not only gave his expertise but also referred us to another business to help with water damage. He went above and beyond and could have easily charged us so much more, but that’s not how he does business. He knows his trade and treats his customers with respect and doesn’t nickel and dime anyone. I absolutely recommend Nevada Plumbing Authority.

Techcool is a great a/c company. Hector was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve used him twice now and both times was a good experience. The problems were fixed within the hour. Hector and Techcool are definitely my a/c guys!

Zach was amazing installing my hot water heater and getting me the rock bottom price. He was professional and worked fast to get the job done by the end of the day. Really disappointed in the service provided to me. My husband and I just moved to Vegas. Our kitchen sink & dishwasher in our new home weren’t working. Dave came and looked at our sink and stated that it was going to cost us $300 just to reinstall our existing system because “it wasn’t hooked up properly”. After he looked into it further and started taking it apart, he stated that everything was messed up; bolts missing, a pipe being too short to work, the garbage disposal not being puttied in, etc. he said it would cost upwards of $600!! We decided to hold off in order to have the landlord cover the cost & found our from the realtor that the only problem was human error because the sink is a touch sensor sink and the dishwasher just needed to have the detergent slot shut. NOTHING WAS EVEN BROKEN, EVERYTHING WORKS JUST PERFECTLY. NO LEAKS, NOTHING!! I feel so lucky that I didn’t go through with having Dave work on our kitchen because it was a total scam. & the worst part is, the entire time he was working he was talking about how most plumbing companies will scam you and are shady....when all along HE was the one trying to scam us! Certainly will not be calling this company from here on out!!

We had a great experience with Haik. He’s very professional but personable, and he provided excellent service when installing our water heater. He even checked out a minor problem we were having with a pipe in the wall. And he came back the day after installing our water heater to make sure everything was working ok. We’d definitely use Haik again.

BEWARE!!!!SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Nothing at that address and Zach on the phone was beyond rude and told me I didn't care about my loved one because I didn't trust what he was saying as I was bawling my eyes out! Not to mention he told me out of state was my only option and that 100% the opposite of what my insurance said!!

Not a dependable company. They left us hanging, on a large repair issue for our business.

Complete emergency water removal and restoration. This job took a little more than a week and I had my home back fully restored. The team over at LV Restoration & Plumbing was incredibly helpful, and easy to work with. The owner Joe is an absolute god sent, he is so knowledgeable and makes sure you are happy with everything and explains everything before moving forward.

Our main tech, Freddie was diligent in his efforts to get all our questions - answered. Also, to make sure our home was back to 100%!!

Robert helped fix my water heating system, so now there's heat throughout my entire house. He did a great job, quickly and effectively. He came just a few hours after I called. Would call again if needed. Highly recommended. Very nice, fair price and best of all, they left the place cleaner than they found it.
