We had a clogged toilet and needed it repaired asap. I called and they were able to fit me in within an hour. The tech was on time, professional, personable and very thorough. It's a small business and the owner was very nice. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.

Zach was amazing installing my hot water heater and getting me the rock bottom price. He was professional and worked fast to get the job done by the end of the day. I highly recommend In House Plumbing. They came out for what is probably a pretty simple issue, a clogged sink, but for me it was a huge issue. They arrived when they said they would and quickly went to work. The issue was in the line away from the house, but it didn’t take long for them to get the clog cleared up and my sink working again. Once the job was done they cleaned up after themselves and were on their way. And all at a very affordable rate. I’m a small business owner myself and I like to use local small businesses when I can. I had them help my daughter out when she had and issue at her condo, and will continue to use them for any issues that might arise at my home.

3 of 5 because Impact got us in touch with a quality plumber to start the process when we discovered a leaking sewer pipe from our toilet in the subfloor. Impact was booked up the day of the emergency and a gentleman showed from a small plumbing business (not Impact). Once restoration dried up the mess, Impact called to set up an appointment. Impact said the original plumber would not be sent out because he didn't work for them.
The plumber they sent, from Impact, mis-diagnosed our problem and didn't want to view our pictures or video of the pipe leaking.
The Impact plumber said it was the wax rings on the toilet that I just put on and said I looked handy so I should reset the wax rings and install the toilet again. We did. Guess what, the pipe still leaked! I felt horrible for a weekend and then called the small business plumber originally sent out and he confirmed it was not the wax rings (because he saw the pics and videos). He referred me to a plumber that would complete this job and the pipe is fixed with no leak!

Lastly, Impact offered no apology or compassion after the mis-diagnosis. They just offered to send a new technician out. We said NOPE! Would have been a 2/5 if we never met the plumber sent out originally...he is a 5/5!

Robert helped fix my water heating system, so now there's heat throughout my entire house. He did a great job, quickly and effectively. He came just a few hours after I called. Would call again if needed. Highly recommended. Very nice, fair price and best of all, they left the place cleaner than they found it.

Amazing service! Zach was our tech and he was amazing! Fixed work that was previously done wrong. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough communicated, and was very intricate with the work. He swapped 5 faucets total and checked and re-checked for leaks before he left. Friendly people and excellent condition service!

Aqua plumbing scheduled an appointment with me, showed up on time, and performed the repair. They installed a water filtration system and pricing was very fair. I would am glad I went with a licensed plumber. Our previous plumber took our funds and never came back. For someone that doesn’t have any plumbing background, the plumber that was sent out walked me through what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with this company. Terrible experience. I’m sure the will reply with some bs excuse but this company is deceitful. They would not even explain the damage when they were the original installers. Toilet was never fixed properly and this company lied, stole our money and did not warranty their work. Be very careful and proceed with caution with Raptor Plumbing
