Best Water Heater And Water Softener Installation in Las Vegas NV

Our faucet in our kitchen was leaking. My husband had attempted to repair it with no luck. This company was receptive and let me know he was booked for the day but could possibly come in the evening. Called me shortly thereafter to let me know he had a cancellation. Came and had everything fixed in 30 minutes. Professional, clean and kind. I highly recommend using them!

$360 AN HOUR!? This review is purely on the estimate. They may very well have skilled technicians.We had one of their technicians come to our house for a free estimate. This was to 1. Cut a small hole in the back of the vanity and 2. Hook up the his and her bathroom sinks.The technician quoted us $1080 which seemed absurdly high so we opted to do it ourselves.Using YouTube and asking some people at a plumbing supply store for pointers my husband did the whole job in 3 hours with zero experience to a perfect product. The cost in parts was $30.Now I would assume that a trained plumber would be faster than someone with zero experience but assuming that he did the exact same job in the exact same time he bid the job at $360 and hour.

He even gave me some maintenance tips and explanations for cleaning the aerators of the tub and bathroom faucets. I would definitely utilize Frontier Pluming's services again in the future. I bought a new home and needed major plumbing, not only did he give me the cheapest estimate, he was the only person that said he didn’t have to open any walls. Len and Angel did a wonderful job! Robert helped fix my water heating system, so now there's heat throughout my entire house. He did a great job, quickly and effectively. He came just a few hours after I called. Would call again if needed. Highly recommended. Very nice, fair price and best of all, they left the place cleaner than they found it.

Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!

Tech was super awesome. Communicative & polite
