Had my first contractor completely flake out on me and abandon me after a slab leak flooded most of my house. Had the worst insurance company in the world. Seriously, if you have Western Mutual for your home insurance, switch immediately, I won't even get into that here because I will probably catch a slander case in the local courts if I do. As for Joe, he stepped in and helped me get the insurance company to pay more than they wanted. He had a awesome attorney I was able to consult, and in the end it all worked out. Maybe not as good as it should have if I had a real insurance company, but for the nightmare I was dealing with, the only good thing was LV Restoration and Joe personally helping me thru it. Ended up doing a full on remodeling from the floors to the ceiling. The work was excellent, and from everyone I talked to we got everything done in a record time. Of course it didn't seem that way, but I sit back and think about everything from plumbing, to electrical, to paint, to I don't think anything was untouched. Had a few problems, some big, some small, but they stand behind their work, and do whatever it takes to make it right. I have never done a full remodeling or delt with a flood ever before, and I don't wish it on anyone. LV Restoration is the company to use. He came in and fixed the nightmare that was left by the first contractor who disappeared after cutting holes in most of my walls and I now have a new house. Just finished everything less than a week ago, so I still haven't really had a chance to absorb everything that was done. But everyday now it gets better and better as I get used to a whole new house and get everything back to normal. I am working with Joe soon on a commercial project I have coming up, and I'm looking forward to knowing going in that the work will be to the highest standards. Don't hesitate to call for anything you need. Don't risk another unknown contractor.

Awesome experience! We woke up to an inoperable furnace and called Time. They gave us a time window for a house call the same day. He showed up exactly when scheduled and quickly was able to identify the problem and get us up and running only a few hours after our initial call. Great, friendly, professional, and QUICK service. Con Artists, want $2300 dollars for $1500 worth of water heater replacement, tried to charge me 2300 for a 6 yr warranty water heater got same thing from home depot installed for 1500 RIP OFF. still paid the 25 service charge.. was told don't hire a professional if you don't want to pay for it.

Gary was more than courteous and experienced. Very prompt and friendly. He even wanted my little westie out of his crate! Installed a new garbage disposal for me so very quickly. Great service and very quick response time. Highly recommend 5 Star Home Services and will use them the next time I have any issue in my home. I had a problem with my toilet in master bathroom; Angel returned my call the same day and came to assess the situation (2 days later..my earliest availability). He knew what was wrong and went to get the replacement part. Lowe's nor Home Depot had the part I needed; but Angel had found out Amazon sold the part. I ordered it and 2 days later, even with two other jobs pending, Angel arrived early and replaced the part.
