I had a tub draining slow. They caused a leak and flooded my downstairs caused over $6,000 in damages. When I called them they responded 4 hours later to an emergency call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

Just had maintenance done on my furnace by David Adams. Very friendly, honest and informative on what he has done. He will go into detail on what he checked. He will let you know what needs to be replaced or fixed in the future and what other check points are in excellent condition. Very knowledgeable in what he is doing. He also did maintenance on my air conditioner and experienced the same results. Liked the way he suggested ways that might help you save money.

Although I didn’t use Innovative Plumbing for the work that I need at my house. They were very professional, honest, and prompt. The technician that came to my house and the staff in the office that scheduled the service were all very professional and polite.

I had a problem with my toilet in master bathroom; Angel returned my call the same day and came to assess the situation (2 days later..my earliest availability). He knew what was wrong and went to get the replacement part. Lowe's nor Home Depot had the part I needed; but Angel had found out Amazon sold the part. I ordered it and 2 days later, even with two other jobs pending, Angel arrived early and replaced the part.
