The office was responsive to schedule changes I had to make, and the plumber Ralph was able to quickly handle both plumbing issues during the same visit which saved me time! I received referral to Mach 1 Plumbing from Moen Customer Service as authorised service provider for their products. I called and my message was promptly returned next morning - polite office manager took all the warranty info and gave me a time window of 3 hours and convenient date. Doug came exactly at 7 am with his son, and everything was installed in 10 min. I asked about the possible work to be done on older faucet and receive quotes and was presented with a good choice of potential replacement. Service was efficient and smooth. The whole experience was short of amazing - all things done well. Great experience - highly recommend to anyone who need quality service from trust worthy and pleasant people who stand by their work.

I just want to say thank you to Mark who answered my calls and to Jose that came to our house and completed not one but 2 different clog issues within a couple of weeks of each other . Once for our kitchen sink drain and 2nd time for our drain for the washing machine. Thank you so much!!!

After about a month of a leaky water pipe, our water bill was much too high. We called Jump 2 It Plumbing to fix the problem, and they came for a free estimate on the same day that I called.
When they arrived, they were very friendly, and found the leak without even using any equipment! They began to work on digging up our pave stones the very next day, even though it was a Sunday. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable, and answered every question that I had. They finished the job in a day, and now we don't have to worry about high water bills! HOOORAAAY! WHOO!

Was estimated to change out two bathtubs was scheduled to be replaced two weeks ago but had to reschedule on their end due to emergency which was understandable. We rescheduled but the day before they called and wanted to reschedule again which i agreed they were suppose to show up next day early am which didn’t happen. Alex called me in the morning and said they won’t be able to install that day and would come out to take measurements same day which i didn’t understand because why didn’t they take measurements when they first came for estimate? Was suppose to show up at 3pm had to cancel appointments due to that and wasted my whole day waiting on Alex which he never showed up nor called. Very unprofessional for a job that’s suppose to take one day but is stretching out to almost a month now

Larry has done two jobs for me in the past few months. He installed a new toilet for one job and then a water heater on another occasion. Both times he was efficient and finished in a timely manner. He and his partner cleaned up thoroughly at the completion of the jobs. Also, both jobs were started within two days after my initial call. I appreciated not having wait days or weeks.
