He has done jobs both big and small at my house. From main lines to reroutes. If you need it done. And want it done right the first time. He should be your go to plumber also. Professional, clean, reliable and top notch work. He will get your water running again, heating again, filtering out the terrible hard water with a filtration system you name it. You need it. He’ll get you squared away.

Awesome experience! We woke up to an inoperable furnace and called Time. They gave us a time window for a house call the same day. He showed up exactly when scheduled and quickly was able to identify the problem and get us up and running only a few hours after our initial call. Great, friendly, professional, and QUICK service. As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. Heaven forbid I have another plumbing or pipe issue in the future I will without a doubt be contacting them again. The process was super easy, problem solved, and I even learned some things!

I'm part of their Sadie Guard Dog Program and have someone check up on my home's plumbing once a year, and this year we had Dustin stop by. He was absolutely spectacular! So incredibly kind and personable. He fixed up the spots we were having problems with and we are so happy to continue working with Geottl for our plumbing needs.

Doug and his team are top notch!!! We use them for all of our clients. Not only do they handle all of our clients plumbing needs, they can remodel kitchens/bathrooms, water systems and install hand rails and ramps to keep our clients safe. Very fair prices and the customer service is second to none. I highly recommend them.

The hot water issue was reported about 11am on 3/19 and Chris the technician arrived between 3 and 3:30pm on 3/19. Christmas courteous and friendly and fast. He had to replace the hot water heater with a new one. Chris was very concerned about not leaving a mess. He asked fir a towel abd trash bag. This is the best plumbing service I have ever used!! Especially for it to be on a weekend and same day service too 😊 Great Job Boss Plumbing! Chris is a great assett to your company😁

Thanks HIPS Plumbing! I had contacted two plumbing companies to replace an electric water heater prior to HIPS Plumbing, one of which was the company I had used previously. Basically neither has returned my call. Called HIPS Plumbing and set up a day and time for someone to come out. Nick came out, gave me a quote explained what needed to be done including an inspection after installation, which I told him had never been done before when I replaced the water heater. Based on memory of previous payments to replace the water heater over the years, I thought the quote was high. I then called a forth company who I had used previously for some work, they came out and gave me a quote over one-third higher than HIPS Plumbing for the same work. Called HIPS Plumbing to set a day and time to replace the water heater and there you have it. They answer the phone and and talk to you and get the work done.

2 months ago this company came out to work on one of my rental properties. When the tenant asked for the bill, they said they only leave the bill with the owner. And two months later I have yet to receive a bill. They could have left a bill with the tenant, or they could have mailed it to her address, or they could have mailed it to my address, or they could have recontacted me on Yelp. None of this happened. And yet I receive a letter from them that they are going to place a lien on my property if this bill is not paid. Mind you, I have yet to receive a bill, or a description of the work completed, or any sort of warranty on the work or parts. Worst and most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with as a property owner. Unbelievable! Buyer beware!
