I work in a skilled nursing facility, we had a underground gas leak and was shut down by southwest gas. I called LV Restoration & Plumbing about 10:30 PM. Bryan arrived at 11:00 PM. and stayed till about 1:00AM. to try to resolve the problem. unfortunately none of the plumbing parts supply stores will honer their 24hr Emergency Policies. so his hands were tied and couldnt finish that night. He returned the next day (Easter Sunday) with all the parts he needed and stayed till about 4:00PM to finish. Its good to know that there's good people out there who will put in the effort to help those in need. I feel Brian went above and beyond to help get my facility back on line. I will most definitely be calling them in the future for my plumbing needs.

Outstanding plumbing company! I had a pipe leak coming from under my slab and Plumbing Repair Now was able to repair it the same day. The job took a while to complete as they had to find the exact location of the leak under the floor. Once they were able to find it, the repair went smoothly. The plumbers were nice and charged a fair price for the amount work that was needed. Apparently the leak came from the hot water line which I hear is common in Las Vegas if the pipe isn't properly wrapped with 10 mil PVC film tape that blocks corrosive action by salt and soil acids.

Somehow, in a town full of pools, finding a reputable leak detection company is difficult. I went through one company that was really good at taking my $400, but really awful at accurately finding leaks in a pool.

Finally, I was recommended Valleywide Leak Detection. This company is a keeper. On their first visit, they arrived on time and went about systematically locating the area of the leak. Then, both guys on site ran their own inspection to make sure they both came to the same conclusion of the exact location of the leak. Half the battle won already.

I hired the same guys to come back and make the repair. Again, they arrived on time and methodically and carefully removed the patio pavers next to the spa that were over the leak and laid them out in order for exact replacement. And, of course, right under the hole was the spa drain with a big cut in it. Perfect find.

They cut out and replaced the offending pipe and then perfectly relaid the pavers on top. Other than our pool maintaining its water level, one could never tell we had work done.

I give them an A+. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to. They aren’t a big name with fancy logos and billboards and 800 numbers — but their work and skills are impeccable. A local gem.

I’ve been using Len for a few years for small plumbing jobs around my home. I thought he was great! I bought a new home and needed major plumbing, not only did he give me the cheapest estimate, he was the only person that said he didn’t have to open any walls. Len and Angel did a wonderful job! Replaced the original tankless hot water heater which required repairs every two years. Impact installed Navien NPE-240A2 Tankless system. Features stainless steel heat exchangers, recirculating pump and 15 year warranty . We should be good to go for many years. Sammy the technician was on-time and professional. We bought a new dishwasher that wasn’t draining. Kayleigh came on time and quickly diagnosed a dirty air gap plug from someplace entirely opposite of the dishwasher! I had a water softener installed and the pipes were installed outside the walls. I was told if I wanted pipes inside walls I would have to pay extra. Several plumbers and a contractor checked the site and said they had never seen anything like that before. I eventually paid another company to do repairs because Boss Plumbing wouldn’t return calls after I told them an inspector said it was not up to code. My house is being renovated and I wanted quality not shoddy work therefore I paid the plumbing coming doing renovations to correct the problem. The technician was nice and polite but the work was unprofessional.

After two excessive water bills, and the conclusion that the repaired water leaks in my irrigation system could not possibly be the problem, I contacted Hips Plumbing, Inc. based on some online reviews.

I couldn't be more satisfied. First of all they understood the urgency of my problem because I had observed my water meter measuring multiple gallons water usage per minute with every system in my home off. In fact, I was so shocked that I turned the water off at my meter. Hips response was incredible and a service call was scheduled within hours.

However, my complete satisfaction didn't end there. Within hours Tyler and Cody arrived and began their efforts to solve my issue. If I said that I was impressed, that would be an understatement. Unknown to me, the shutoff valve on the waterline to my home was buried about a foot and a half bellow the surface as was my sewer cleanout line.

Tyler's experience was apparent, he instantly knew where to start digging and in short order he located one of the leaks and started to repair it since this repair was required to locate a suspected additional leak. The other leak was isolated when he and Cody also replaced the main shutoff valve for my irrigation system. Both jobs were completed that day even though they worked well into the evening. I can't say enough about Tyler, Cody and Hips. I would recommend their services to anyone, as I did to my neighbor who employed them the day after.
