Saw this place advertised on Morning Blend and decided to call about having my garbage disposal replaced. When the plumber arrived I was given a quote of 1700$, which I found ridiculous and refused. I immediately called another plumbing agency that gave me an estimate over the phone thats was drastically less money. All in all I had my garbage disposal replaced, as well as my water filter for less than $400. There is absolutely no reason why someone should pay almost 4x the amount for such a simple fix.

We contacted our home warranty for a leak we found in our wall. They sent 5 Star Home Services to inspect the problem. Gary is the technician that showed up and advised us of his plan to make the repairs as long as the home warranty would cover it. A couple hours after he left, the home warranty called us back and let us know that the repairs were going to be covered under our policy. Four days later, Gary came back and made the repairs. Gary was polite, professional and pleasant to deal with. If we ever have any other plumbing issues we will request to have them send out 5 Star Home Services and request that they send Gary.

What a great plumbing company! I had an issue with a leak under my sink and needed it fixed asap because I couldn't shower while having the main water line disconnected. I called Len and he came out as quick as possible to replace the valves under the sink. They were all corroded and wouldn't hold pressure. He explained how the parts worked and why they were breaking and how to prevent it from happening in the future. Very thorough and friendly! Can't recommend enough!
