We called Bosch Plumbing on a Sunday due to water leaking from the ceiling. After a quick call, Keegan arrived by 4:00 PM and quickly diagnosed our problem. We had a nail through a water line from the home builder.

I had a new water heater was installed a month ago because the hot water in my apartment wasn’t working. After the installation by Lowes was completed, behold hot water had been restored, but then my heating system stopped working. Lowes had come back to check the installation and claimed that it wasn’t their problem no more and that it was now a problem for HVAC.So…HVAC people came out, took a look at the unit and claimed that it was a plumbing issue. Then…plumbing came out and took a look at it and said that it was an issue for HVAC. I went through a total of 7 different companies claiming that it was either an issue for HVAC or Plumbing. What a headache!Finally, Anytime Plumbing sent J.D. to take a look at the problem. Quite honestly at this point I lost all hope at restoring heat in my apartment, as I had been without heat for over a month now. I thought, Oh great another person to tell me that it wasn’t their issue…But no, J.D. proved otherwise and did an awesome job at troubleshooting the problem. He asked about the history that led up to this point and I think by him doing that it gave him a better understanding of what was going on. He even got on the phone to seek out a second opinion regarding the HVAC unit. I appreciate the time and the patience that he took to figure out the problem and fix it. Thank you for not walking away from the situation like everyone else and tell me that there wasn’t anything you could do! We can sleep better tonight knowing that there will be heat in our apartment! I give this no stars... TOTAL RIPPED ME OFF... Gave me an estimate of 280 dollars and that he would put in the new Fawcett for free.. Providing I put in a new drain.. I asked him a few times what that meant.... WELL, WHAT IT MEANT THAT IF HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME THE 135 DOLLARS TO PUT IN THE NEW FAWCETT, HE WILL CHARGE ME 285 DOLLARS FOR A NEW DRAIN I DIDN'T EVEN NEED......... So the 280 dollars came out to 485 dollars........ I had a whole bunch of other things needed, but just kissed them off..... Then they call me the next day to check and service my furnace.. I asked them what are they talking about.. Said I paid for it.. I asked for the money back, they said no way... They just wanted to rip me off some more trying to tell me I needed work on my service...... Stay away from these creeps...

The technicians were great, as well as the gentleman that took over my service order in the office (towards the end). But I will say this.... Had this not been an insurance issue I would have fired this company and moved on, solely based off of the poor customer service that I received from lady in the office that was orginally handling my claim.

So relieved we found Valleywide to detect and fix our pool leak! We knew we had leak for a few months now but had a hard time determining where it was coming from - it progressively got worse the last couple weeks- losing about an inch of water a day. Plaster and equipment is all fairly new - about a year old but the pool itself is about 30 years old. Our pool guy wasn't able to determine where the leak was coming from so I contacted another pool leak detection I found on google with a lot more reviews.. he came out and spent about 30 minutes fiddling around before telling me he had to leave and gave no indication where leak might be. So I gave Valleywide a call - they set up a time to come find the leak. Super professional, efficient and reasonably priced. They found the leak in about 30-40 min. They were able to schedule a time to fix the leak as well later in the week but did not pressure me at all to schedule it with them. A pipe had cracked right where they detected. The job took a few hours and we are not losing any water now. With all the flaky people out there don't waste your time - use Valleywide for your pool leak detection!

Very satisfied and extremely happy with the services provided. The price quoted over the phone was the exact price paid. I was pretty sure that some major work would have to be done to fix our shower head problem, but Gerson (plumber) was able to analyze the problem and fix it without having to perform any shower wall cutting or other major work. I was pretty amazed. Gerson was very polite, worked quickly, and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was finished. We definitely call Impact Plumbing for any future projects. Thanks!
