Best Sewer Line Repair in Las Vegas NV

We had them out to fix our water heater when it stopped working a couple days ago. They fixed it right away for a decent price. Will call again.

Responsive, flexible, and not rushed to get the job done is how I would describe them. They take the time to exhaust all options and offered multiple fixes that range in cost depending on preference of ours, rather than focusing on how or where they can make money. Awesome experience! We woke up to an inoperable furnace and called Time. They gave us a time window for a house call the same day. He showed up exactly when scheduled and quickly was able to identify the problem and get us up and running only a few hours after our initial call. Great, friendly, professional, and QUICK service. I had a terrible leak under my kitchen sink that flooded several times. I have a home warranty with American Home Shield and they sent 5 Star Home Services. The technician, Enrique, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable!! Within minutes, he knew exactly what the problem was and made all repairs!!! As a first time homeowner to an older home, I found my self panicked when I had piping issues right off the bat. What bad luck. After talking to a few companies, I came across TDS. The reps were very personable and responsible. They went out of their way to explain the issue I was having, and gave me recommendations at a great price, without selling me on things I didn’t need. They even provided updates every step of the way. Upon completion I felt very confident with my decision to hire TDS. Heaven forbid I have another plumbing or pipe issue in the future I will without a doubt be contacting them again. The process was super easy, problem solved, and I even learned some things!

In the morning, Jose stopped in to evaluate the puddle in my front yard and scheduled Jeff to come by later in the day to fix it. It was fixed in one day.

Jeff did an awesome repair job!
+He was patience with me and talked me through the process of fixing the leak that was causing a puddle in my front yard.
+When he found the leak, he showed me what it looked like and explained the fix.
+When it was fixed, he tested it and again showed me the fix before back-filling the hole.
+He stayed until just after sunset to make sure the work was done.
+He put in extra effort to get my yard back to it's previous state.

Both Jose and Jeff were Professional, Polite, and Experienced.

I previously had 2 other people at my house *trying* to figure out this issue and those other companies made it out to be a very big deal that they would try to fix. I didn't use them. Jose and Jeff knew exactly what they were doing, assured me it was no big deal and had it FIXED IN ONE DAY (when previous people took all day to show up and tell me they weren't sure if they could fix it.)
