I cannot say enough about what a GREAT local plumbing company this is! When our old water heater died one recent Monday morning, I contacted Jason at NPA and he was at our property later the same day. He discussed our options in detail, and provided written quotes for 3 solutions by the end of the day. We decided to upgrade to a tankless gas-fired water heater. Andrew came out the next day and began work to remove the old water heater and install a tankless model in our garage. He expertly ran new water pipes to the new heater and had everything installed in a jiffy. He did a very neat and professional installation and it all works great! We now have instant hot water anywhere in the house.

These guys take obvious pride in their work, and rightly so. They are on-time, efficient, communicative, and they clean up everything after the work is complete. Sure, you might find plumbers around the valley who will do the job cheaper, but to me the workmanship, professionalism, and peace of mind that comes with working with NPA is worth any extra little cost you might pay. Highly recommended!

Awesome-Awesome- I called for an emergency water leak and they fit me in this morning. The technician (Keegan) came out to fix the one leak I had and while he was here I asked him if he wouldn't mind taking a look and another potential problem. He checked his schedule and said he could. Well..... I am so happy I had him check. The other issue would have been way worse....he is coming back tomorrow to put in a new hot water heater for me. He told me it wouldn't be a good idea to use the hot water until he gets the new heater in. His office called me already and set up an appointment first thing tomorrow morning.
I would recommend him to anyone.

Save yourselves trouble. They won’t even bother calling you If they’re running late. They will eventually call after you follow up (confirming that they’re running late), then you won’t hear from them again until 9:00pm when your entire day is already ruined as you had to shut down the water supply waiting for this plumbing company which is far from being precise and don’t know the meaning of customer service.

Las Vegas Plumber & Drain Cleaning did a great job fixing our leaking outdoor faucet and installing a new interior ball valve. They also graciously straightened and sealed the shaky foundation of our toilet without us asking them to do so, and they replaced the entire inside of the tank with new parts. Stop the dripping! He was charged exactly what was quoted. The measures they made to ensure my safety during covid hours were much appreciated (mask, gloves, booties.)

I had a terrible leak under my kitchen sink that flooded several times. I have a home warranty with American Home Shield and they sent 5 Star Home Services. The technician, Enrique, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable!! Within minutes, he knew exactly what the problem was and made all repairs!!! I am very pleased with 5 Star Home Services and would highly recommend their services.

Very friendly and they communicated well. They showed up on time. Went over everything with me. They found a couple of leaks in our pool plumbing system above ground and marked them for the plumber doing the repairs.
They were also very reasonably priced.

I will never call any other plumber in Vegas after using these guys. They are honest and they are pros. We have used them several times, and are very happy with the finished product. .

I randomly came across Innovative Plumbing Pros and am so glad I did! The scheduler was professional and courteous. Jose the owner operator was at my house for same day service. I appreciate his quality of work and professionalism... from a well organized and clean work truck to explaining in terms I can understand the water malfunction, his solution to fix it, and cost.

After using three different plumbers in the last year (water softener installation, toilet replacement, and dishwasher-kitchen malfunction), I finally found a Plumber I feel comfortable and confident using for all future needs. Remove and replace seals on two toilets leaking from base. R&R a faucet and R&R a water softener.
I think clean up could have a bit better thus the one star ding. I also thought a bit pricey
but have also been told I'm out of the loop.
