The installation quality was terrific. Sammy did nice work and very polite and helpful. I thought the service was a little pricey.

This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

Our plumbing problem was a nightmare. I called Orchard Plumbing, described my situation and even sent pictures. They could tell this would be an easy fix, and rather than coming out and charging me, they talked me through fixing the problem on my own which saved me with time and money. Will definitely be using them in the future!

I've lived in Las Vegas for 2 years with no need for a plumber.. until now. I didn't really know where to turn, but with the help of google and a strong brand name and sterling reputation, I figured I couldn't go wrong with Roto-Rooter. Google was right! Roto-Rooter was at the top of the list for a reason. The appointment scheduling was easy peasy and they were very flexible with my schedule. I love that they give free estimates!! When the plumbers got to my house, before they even got to my busted pipe out front, they spotted a leake on the city's side of my water meter and gave me instructions on how to get that fixed for free! When we did move onto my original leaky pipe out front, it was VERY obvious to me that these guys knew what they were talking about. They were very knowledgable which made it very easy to trust them. They were lightning fast with a quote and started working immediately! They were finished in no time and when they were done, they reviewed all the things they did to fix the pipe, tthey let me know that their work was guaranteed AND they even gave me a bottle of drain cleaner for free!! They replaced the main water line to my house. They showed up on time ready to tackle the problem. They were professional, had the right equipment and were very knowledgeable. They immediately assessed the problem and got straight to work. Within only a couple of hours they had solved my plumbing problem. This is a no brainer, If you have a plumbing problem, do yourself right by calling City Wide Plumbing first. They are an exceptional answer to any plumbing problem. I will never use any other plumbing company other than City Wide! I whole heartily recommend them. They are above the rest.

Ken, Gerado, and Jimmy went above and beyond to fix my house when every single pipe broke. Working 6 days a week to ensure I can get my house back. They were accommodating and just amazing human beings. Anytime I had a problem Ken was right there or was on the phone. His communication set a high bar that alot of my other companies can't reach. His problem solving was great and he cared. I had animals and they all took care of them and treated them amazingly. Gerado and Jimmy worked so incredibly hard and for long periods of time in the extreme heat with no complaints or anything. They cared about my house and treated it like it was there own. Always willing to help and answer questions I might have. They even came on weekends to save me when I was in my darkest time. Upstanding gentlemen were Gerado and Jimmy. I can not thank them enough. You must go with these guys. Ken is the supervisor and is so straight forward and willing to help anyone out. He will tell you exactly what he is thinking for the job and the price. He will never try to upsell you. You must work with these fine gentlemen for your next project. I have found my plumbers for life. Only call Ken, Gerado, and Jimmy. They are the best. A+++++++

Plumbing repairs

This was not a good experience. Service fee of 161.50 plus 6.95 for trip fee. Never disclosed when settings an Appointment. They technician of 22 years could not fix problem. Took out a perfectly good valve which he told me didn't work, thos valve is not even a year old..I just listened to him...Beware of this company. I would avoid all together....

I called Michelle, she scheduled the guys to come out next day, Jose arrived on time and fixed my water heater in 15 minutes. Great service as always, highly recommend these guys.

We reached out to the Sunny Plumber for a leaking water main, and I was given an appointment that day (Friday) and they were right on time. They Diagnosed the problem immediately and I was given two options and quotes. The following day (Saturday) they were unable to get the part so we were rescheduled for Monday at 0900. There was some trouble getting the parts and equipment to do the job so Plumber Ivan arrived around 12:20 and got started on the job. It took a few hours but he did a fantastic job. A little bit of miscommunication regarding which repair we had decided to do and the one completed resulted in a phone call to the store manager who ended up charging us for the lesser job and wishes of an early 'Merry Christmas. We will certainly recommend The Sunny Plumber without hesitation. A very fair and reliable company with very nice, polite and knowledgeable crew. Thank you!

Please think twice before you use this business.

This is my nightmare. Back in June I called for service for our master bathroom handheld shower handle that came off. The new scheduled date is June 7, and no one showed up. When I called naturally, they had an excuse and we scheduled again for June 8. One of the guys came out and stated they must order the part. Kohler is 70 days out and the part would cost $170. On August 30, I called to find out the status of my part. They will call me back in 10 minutes. No call back. I called on September 1 and the excuse was they were waiting for a call back from Ferguson. They were going there in the afternoon and will check. Never heard back so I called on September 10 and another excuse. He states, no one called you, I am not in the office, but I will have the office call you and schedule a time. September 14, still no call, so I called, and now scheduled for September 20. No show on September 20. I called and he stated that one of their vehicles was vandalized and as soon as the police show up, he will be there. He never showed up. Now they are not answer when I call. So, I called another number and spoke to the owner and explained my experience. He then scheduled me for September 23. Finally, they came out and replaced the part. One hour after he departed, I go into the bathroom and the shower head is dripping water. It looks like he took the good handle from the shower head and placed it on the handheld. I could tell because on the shower head handle there were water spot stains on now on the top and that hand is loose and dripping constantly. I called him he and told him what was going on, that water was constantly dripping. Really, and we have a water issue in Vegas. He states he cannot get there until tomorrow, September 24, and he did not touch the shower head handle.

I will never use them again to say the least. The sad thing is last summer I did a remodel of our house and my contractor used them in which I dropped $11,000 for major plumbing issues.

Please be advised of my situation and think twice before you place that call for service with this company.

Miguel is the best. He arrived when he said he would and didn't leave until my problem was solved AND he was reasonably priced. I cannot say enough good things about him......I highly recommend him.

he service itself was good. The BAD attitude from the lady from account receivable was rude she thought yelling on the phone was going to get her anywhere. we are a company who use their services at least a couple times a year. We gave them the CC details on the day of service they called 45 days later trying to collect payment , payment did not go thru because the credit card expired the end of the month. They charged us 3% for their delay on receiving payment plus the way she called requesting payment over the phone she wanted me to just give out our credit card details like we were denying to pay this was unacceptable

PENTAGON PLUMBING is absolutely AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL AND FAST!! Alfred, was/is so very nice and made QUICK work of installing our new soft water line AND new shut off valve at the house. We called on Thursday, they came out on THAT DAY and the work was COMPLETED IN TWO DAYS :) !!
