Previous owner incorrectly installed a hot water recirculating pump. Matthew provided me several options and fixed the problem according to my request. He was very professional and efficient.

This is a great plumbing company. They are amazingly responsive and take care of their customers' needs no matter the circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they can respond to plumbing emergencies 24 hours a day. If you need a plumber you can trust, you should call these guys.

I legit just got a new system installed by Brian and Marc, and they did an awesome job on both the furnace and outside units. The system works great, sounds A LOT better than my old unit, and I'm looking forward to using it!! Thank you Alex for your professional and honest consultation, and thank you Brian and Marc for your amazing work ethic, and entertaining my questions and general conversation...and for all 3 of you having such chill personalities!! I'd def recommend any and everyone to use Best A/C and Plumbing...they really are...the BEST!! (Sorry, I had to).

We were very pleased with our experience with this company. We realized our AC unit was down in the evening, called first thing in the morning, and our lives were back to normal by 9:30am. TL, our repairman, was professional and friendly. We will definitely use them again!

24 HR Emergency Plumber Las Vegas LLC had the technician come out to unclog my kitchen sink line that was backed up he was very courteous and professional he was able to unclog my kitchen sink stoppage in no time. I would highly recommend him for all my future plumbing needs.

i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.

I HAD A PRETTY BAD CLOG IN MY KITCHEN, WHICH I STRONGLY BELIEVE HAD STARTED FORM WHEN THE PREVIOUS TENANTS LIVED IN THE HOUSE. ANTHEM CAME OUT DID A DIAG, SHOWED ME ON SOME PLUMBING CAMERA THING & FIXED THE ISSUE, MUCH QUICKER THAN I THOUGHT THAT WOULD AND I INSTANTLY NOTICED A DRASTIC DIFFERENCE IN HOW FAST THE SINK WAS DRAINING. I have worked with Larkin for years - great Company and people! My experience today was no different than all the excellent experiences I have had in the past. Same day service when I request it. Kurt was not only prompt, quick and both efficient and effective, but very pleasant to talk with and really made me feel comfortable with the work done. All was taken care of at a very reasonable cost. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I called Michelle, she scheduled the guys to come out next day, Jose arrived on time and fixed my water heater in 15 minutes. Great service as always, highly recommend these guys.

Had an emergency, they never even returned my call.

Was referred by our overbooked plumber. Excellent scheduling process. Tech arrived without PPE protocols in place. Pleasant but self impressed... diagnosed component replacements for our water heater would cost almost the purchase price of our unit... which included his $120/hr rate for the drive across town to aquire parts. After discussing these fees w our plumber we decided to just replace & install it for a couple hundred more than our repair bid. I called the office to cancel my service request & pay a service call fee. They were once again very pleasant & professional, refusing payment seemingly embarrassed w Darren's behavior. Then Darren texted whining about our 2nd opinion. He thinks Covid-19 is imaginary. I told him he should expand his sources of factual information then i decided to leave it alone.... then.... Darren mistakenly texted me instead of his boss calling me a pea-headed f## lol yes he even mispelled the profanity. If you call these folks you should definitely request anyone but Darren. It's hard to get good help
