Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

Wayne and Basial are a must hire. They were very persistence in pinpointing and detecting exactly where our leak was which it was 6 feet under ground in our garage. These two brothers where very persistence in excavating a large hole, soldering the copperline and checking to make sure we did have any other leaks. They are reasonably honest, and trustworthy. I work for a Property Management Company and we deal with a lot of vendors. An owner asked me to call Active Plumbing to request an estimate on a repair at her property. I have never dealt with such a rude, condescending vendor as Eddie @ Active Plumbing. He was very unprofessional, would not even allow me to talk as he had already spoken to our owner and said she was crazy and hung up on me. Who does business this way? I will make sure every owner, tenant and other vendors are aware of my experience with Eddie. Believe me people, there are way better, professional companies out there, I should know, I deal with them every day and this is not one of them.

I spoke with her and was scheduled with an appointment date & time for an estimate only. A few days later a friendly, and very professional technician named Daniel came to my home and inspected my leaky kitchen faucet. He gave me an affordable estimate, with the option to have Straight Up provide a new faucet or I could buy my own. I opted to buy my own and immediately hired Daniel for the job.
