Where do I start?.. Hector Cardenas of Techcool was the most friendly and professional with my dad and I! Last week he was referred to me by my manager and he came out the same day... and had our unit replaced the next morning. THE NEXT MORNING! I've never been so happy with yheir services! 10 year warranty and superior services, Techcool is definitely saved in my phone contacts for anyone that needs an AC company!

Amazing customer service! After calling several places to help with an air conditioning unit that went out Silverstate was quick to help and had our unit up and running. Everyone was knowledgeable and polite. We’ve had them do yearly maintenance checks on our furnace and cooling systems and they are always on time and very professional! We highly recommend them!

It was such a great experience from start to finish! Everyone from scheduling to service technicians very kind, friendly, and kind. They listened to my concerns, listed the possible causes, then went through each one to check it off the list. The techs explained what was happening and I got to see video of before and after the unclogging of the lines. I couldn’t be happier with my service call. Levi came out and took care of our plumbing problem. Made us feel very comfortable and in great hands. My air conditioning was not cooling properly. TL came out and was professional and knowledgeable. He provided options for my situation and did not push a hard sale. I asked him to wear a mask and booties and he complied which I appreciated. If I decide to go forward with maintenance and/or a new unit I will definitely consider this company to perform the work.

Mike M was able to make a faucet repair that other plumbers said would have to be a costly replacement. He took the time to explain everything to us. I'd recommend him to friends & family.
