I have been with Best for years now and called them today for a leak under my kitchen sink. They sent me over Levi for my technician. He was on time very professional and explained what was happening and why my faucet was leaking. Gave me a couple options to remedy my situation based on my needs. He left and returned in absolutely great time and had my faucet changed out before I knew or expected. Great work great customer service and phenomenal technicians. I’ll never call or use another company.

I do not recommend using this company. I'm a landlord who asked for an estimate for my property repairs with tenants. They showed up, did the work, with no communication, paperwork, authorization from me to perform services. They claim my tenant authorized work even though they say they only work with landlords. They never gave me an answer to why I never received an estimate and then assumed I would not pay and threatened to put a lien on my property. From Casey the owner, If we do not receive payment, a lien notice will be sent, then recorded with the county, which in turn leads to us foreclosing on the unit. If that is worth all your troubles instead of just paying for the service, then go ahead and choose that route. Still additional comments from owner, I will make sure to tell everyone in the tower that you are the one that likes to screw over trades and not pay their bill. Trust me we do a ton of work there and word travels pretty much like wildfire versus leaving a review on the internet where I will be sure to comment on your actions in this matter as well.
Your karma will catch up to you in this life or the next. I did receive estimates later from other companies hundreds less than what I was billed and no effort was done to make it right. Long story short I was invoiced and billed with a late payment notice a month later. I paid it immediately. Please avoid working with this company.

Air Pro Master lived up to it’s reputation as a class A+ 5 Star HVAC repair service. Both technicians that responded on separate visits were very knowledgeable, professional, and very hard working; and this was when the outside temperature they were working in was 110 degrees. They very quickly diagnosed the problem with our 20 year old AC equipment and repaired it.

I appreciate DeAndrew Lewis service because being a woman he explained and showed me the problem . And fixed it with out over charging me . He gave me understanding and provided great service .
