I highly recommend this company. We replaced our ac and furnace and from the first phone call, it was a great experience. Haik was very professional, on time for everything, respectful, honest, and informative. He knows what he's doing and was great at making sure we were on the same page for everything. The system runs great and I would absolutely choose Mastermind again.

Jeremy was great. He was able to diagnose the issue causing my ac to stop working and laid out my options. In the end I went for a bandaid fix since I can’t afford a new unit. I do think Goettl is more expensive than if I had gone somewhere else but I appreciated the good customer service I received so it’s a trade off. Only leaving a review since my service guy Jeremy had such a good attitude.

I was driving down Ft Apache coming from Tropicana at about 4:30-4:45pm on 8/23. Your tech driving a Raptor Plumbing Van #12 was reckless with his driving. He was dodging in and out of traffic lanes, speeding, taking off on green lights, going off into the desert to go around cars and trying his best to get home, I can only assume, in Mts Edge. Only to pull up next to him and find him looking at his phone possibly texting. I call to complain and you guys close at 4pm. Makes sense why he was driving erratic. Gotta get home on Friday night right?! All this while I'm driving with my 3 year old in his car seat. People like this and companies that hire people like this don't deserve jobs or to be in business. Hopefully people read this and choose another company for their plumbing needs!

I was in the market for a new HVAC system for my house (A/C and Heat) and decided to get 4 quotes on the job - I decided to do business with Simply Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing. Stan came out to do the quote from Simply - he was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The quote that Stan provided matched up exactly on price with one other company, but that company was offering to install a different brand of equipment that came with a lesser warranty - and the final cherry on top to give my business to Simply was when they agreed to a cash discount that amounted to another 5% off the total. Simply was great to deal with in setting up the installation, we decided on a date and the crew showed up right on time, with a courtesy call ahead of time to let me know they would be there as scheduled. The install team included Brayden, Gavin, Michael V, and Tristen - all of them were polite and respectful of my home, and they did great work as well and cleaned up after themselves. To get the new furnace into my attic the crew had to remove the drywall edging around the access point, but assured me that the company would arrange to have it fixed as good as new - true to their word I was contacted right afterwards by a drywall contractor named Mark about the repairs. Mark came by at a convenient time and did the repairs in a short amount of time and left the attic access looking better than new. What a great company to do business with - they offered a great product at a fair price, and came through with each and every promise made. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

I dont know about your work but your worker driving truck m72 needs to go to anger management or something not only did he almost hit me 3 times and ride the butt of other cars he proceeded to flip me off not once but twice. Not appreciate at all.
