I called Dino's Plumbing early Friday morning (before 8 am) to schedule service for a water heater issue we were having. To my surprise, the representative that answered the phone was not a receptionist, but a knowledgeable plumbing professional. I described the issue, and she said it could be one of several things. Very impressed, because I had an idea of what I might expect to pay going in. Dino arrived on time, and was professional and courteous, answering all of my questions, no matter how stupid. In the end, the issue was resolved for the price qutoed.

Now I know nobody likes paying for plumbing repairs, I get that. But Dino's Plumbing and specifically Dino were a pleasure to deal with. I like that the person answering the phone was a knowledgeable professional, and if their entire staff is like Dino, I will use them again in the future.

One of my ac units stopped working and I called around to have someone come out and fix my unit. I'm glad I called BEST. They were able to come out within a few hours and diagnosed my unit. The tech who came out was very professional and knowledable. He went over the options available to me (repairing or replacing). He was very patient with me (I asked a lot of questions because I was on the fence on what to do). I ended up replacing my unit. Their installation crew was here the next day and replaced my unit. They did an amazing job. The tech also showed me their maintenance plan and I ended up signing up because it offered additional discounts and they will be contacting me when the maintenance is coming due. I will definitely keep using these guys!

I have worked with Larkin for years - great Company and people! My experience today was no different than all the excellent experiences I have had in the past. Same day service when I request it. Kurt was not only prompt, quick and both efficient and effective, but very pleasant to talk with and really made me feel comfortable with the work done. All was taken care of at a very reasonable cost. I cannot recommend them more highly.

They were great ,but got lost because they didn't get the directions that I gave when calling.That was the service dispatch problem. The guys were wonderful,fixed the problem and told me about another one that needs to be fixed. Will defiantly be calling when we get the $$$ to have it done.

When it comes to getting service for plumbing, you have to do some research. After doing so, I was able to find Prostar Plumbing and I told Jorge about my faucet issues.

Jorge was able to respond with quickness and coming over to my house to attack the situation with my leaking faucets. I’m so happy with his service.

I do plan on contacting Jorge back because of his service.

I used FloPro to replace a leaky Hot water heater and was so happy with their prices and work, I decided to update and upgrade my whole house water filtration/conditioning system as well. They are professional, VERY responsive and have very competitive prices. They will be my go to plumbers from now on.
