Josh from Valley Plumbing arrived promptly and called half hour before arriving! He assessed our toilet, took some pics, waiting less than 10 mins for property management approved job, and went right to work on our toilet wax ring. He cleaned the little mess that was made, told us to wait at least 3hrs, and said we have a warranty so let them know if have any problems in the near future! Fast and efficient! Thank u Josh! I am carpenter by trade paid them $89 dollars for scam quote of $4600 dollars. Ask the technician Paul. How long to do the job he said 2 hours. The job entailed going 25 ft with pix to connect pix to my kitchen faucet. Everything was done for them the drywall was cut ,holes drilled through the rafters. Told them the copper pipe they were replacing did not even need to be removed. Paul asked me how much do you think to do the job ? Told him there is not even $100 dollars of materials needed and 3 hours at a reasonable rate of $ 150 puts you at around $600 . He said that’s what I thought you would say.
