I had a plumbing leak from my upstairs bathroom to the garage. Gerson arrived same day and was able to detect the leak in that a drain pipe broke in two places. We have been using Excel for decades. They are honest, reliable and have always done great work for us. Kevin is a fantastic plumber and we love working with him when we have any issues. Cindy, their dispatcher, is an absolute delight and just hearing her voice brings a smile to my face whenever I call as she is so kind and friendly.

I want to brag on JP who came out to service a leak from our kitchen sink. Yes, he found the leak and made the repairs but I really want to mention his kind demeanor and professionalism. Everyone knows the caricature of a plumber lol. JP set a new standard for me. Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I will say this though, if your looking for value, this is not the company to go with. Their pricing structure is up there. But the work is also quality. After taking things into consideration, we are satisfied with the work but will probably explore other plumbing companies due to cost. But if you do go with these guys, I hope you get JP, and I know you will be satisfied with the service.

We had three new faucets installed our kitchen and the work was done perfectly to our satisfaction. Both our technicians were efficient and considerate.

Miguel was professional, kind, and worked quickly to bring our washing machine hookup up to code. We had some tricky maneuvering of copper water pipes and drain lines. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and hand thorough knowledge.

When it comes to getting service for plumbing, you have to do some research. After doing so, I was able to find Prostar Plumbing and I told Jorge about my faucet issues.

Jorge was able to respond with quickness and coming over to my house to attack the situation with my leaking faucets. I’m so happy with his service.

If you're thinking of using this company for anything think twice. I had them estimate for what I needed and I about fell over backwards when the tech tells me my boss told me to discount your job, it will be $1950.00. Wow.....REALLY? Is that what its going to cost to move two A/C units 20 feet, with no obstruction of any kind, then put them back when the other part of the job is done. Needless to say, I had it done for $400.00 by a company that has been in business since 2000. Not just a fly-by-night company, they're on Angieslist and an A+ with BBB and not a RIPOFF. Run from #1 plumbing.
