Our plumber was competent, courteous, and understanding of our noisy puppy. He arrived with PPE and shoe coverings, which was fantastic! On a Sunday, procuring some of the parts we needed for our toilet was challenging, but plumber went above and beyond to resolve the problem. 5 stars!! Thank you very much!!

not happy. tore up front yard and bathroom. did not mention they dont fix that mess. did finally agree to get it done. drywall work atrocious and cement still not done after more than 30 days. Were very friendly until loan documents were signed. after that no care at all

After coming home to water leaking out of my garage, I realized my water heater was leaking. After calling three of the “top rated” plumbing companies I saw on Yelp I was frustrated because no one even answered the phone or called me back. I hired a contractor to come into my kitchen to remove a couple of cabinets to get to a slab leak....a few hours later, my kitchen was gone. It's a long, miserable story. The most important part is always the ending anyways. After meeting with a few contractors to come in and repair the damage, I ended up hiring LV Restoration. From the second they walked in my door, IT WAS ON....these guys were on a mission. Immediately went to work, if something didn't seem like it wasn't going to plan, they pulled me in to discuss my options. Every corner of my new kitchen was put together perfectly, outstanding workmanship and not a detail left undone. The owner, his crew, true blue....they had me at hello. Professional, ON-TIME, polite and knew what they were doing...... I absolutely love my kitchen! Outstanding plumbing company! I had a pipe leak coming from under my slab and Plumbing Repair Now was able to repair it the same day. The job took a while to complete as they had to find the exact location of the leak under the floor. Once they were able to find it, the repair went smoothly. The plumbers were nice and charged a fair price for the amount work that was needed. Apparently the leak came from the hot water line which I hear is common in Las Vegas if the pipe isn't properly wrapped with 10 mil PVC film tape that blocks corrosive action by salt and soil acids.

Horrible place to work!

Robert did a wonderful job yesterday. He replaced my garbage disposal and fixed my toilet in less than an hour. Robert acted very professionally and he know what he is doing.

For the first month, I didn't even know there was a leak. But in the second month, the water company sent me a letter stating that I have a potential leak. Special thanks to everyone at Impact Plumbing! Jason came to my house and he quickly found the cause of the leak. Him and the company leading tech Alex were able to solve the leak problem with a very satisfactory estimate and quick scheduling for the repair as promised over the phone.
