I reached out to NPA after noticing some puddling in my front yard. I reached out around 2pm, and spoke with Jason. He then informed me that someone could be to the house around 4pm-5pm that evening. 4:30 or so, Andrew arrived. He looked everything over and verified it was in fact the main line that had a leak. We discussed our options, and when it would be done. He informed me that we can get it done that coming Saturday. We discussed payment options at that time, and that I would receive a quote that evening.
And in fact I did. We approved it that following morning and set the schedule for Sat. The team arrived on time, and they got right to work. Finishing an hour before they said they would. They thoroughly tested everything to ensure it was done, and done properly.

Don't bother calling around. These are the people you want doing work for you. Gage, Andrew and Jason are professionals who take pride in what they do.

Las Vegas Plumber & Drain Cleaning did a great job fixing our leaking outdoor faucet and installing a new interior ball valve. They also graciously straightened and sealed the shaky foundation of our toilet without us asking them to do so, and they replaced the entire inside of the tank with new parts. Stop the dripping! He was charged exactly what was quoted. The measures they made to ensure my safety during covid hours were much appreciated (mask, gloves, booties.)

I had a New filtration system put in along with a new hot water heater. I had a small problem with a rare situation after filtration systems was put in and they were very diligent about coming out and fixing it for me.

Daulton Chase helped check on our heating system, making sure everything is working well and provided options on what we can do to keep them in good running order. He was extremely professional and would request his assistance every time.

Chris showed up on time, gave us a clear picture of what our job would cost, and fixed our problem with a smile! We will definitely use Boss again, and will probably even request Chris personally! Great experience!

I noticed one of the toilets in my house was slowly moving sideways and when I looked, I noticed the bolt holding it down to the floor was no longer attached. I used Yelp to request quotes for plumbing services. Several responded but only BC Plumbing offered to inspect without a charge. BC Plumbing responded promptly to my request for service. Kurt and Joshua came out to my house at the appointed day and time. They identified the problem and other issues and proposed the repairs to be done. They even took care of the old toilet, so I don’t have to dispose of it myself. I am very pleased with the quality of their service. They are prompt, responsive and professional.
