After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

We found the leak on a Sunday and called Precision. They were very professional and responsive and were able to send someone within an hour. The problem was repaired. It was expensive for such a responsive resolution on a Sunday but worth it to get it sorted.

I hired a contractor to come into my kitchen to remove a couple of cabinets to get to a slab leak....a few hours later, my kitchen was gone. It's a long, miserable story. We hired TDS to clean our Sovent Drains in our condo high rises in Fort Myers, FL. They spent 3 months using the cyclonic method to clean 50 stacks. Their teams had to access all of our units, and the residents reported their employees were all extremely professional and courteous. We highly recommend their services.
