Best New Water Heater Installed in Las Vegas NV

I moved back home to Vegas after a decade to help care for my aging family members and maintain the house after my dad’s passing. We called Precision Plumbing after trying (and failing) to get two other plumbers to come by the house for a reasonable rate. Sean came by right away for a free estimate, listened to our concerns about a hidden leak in the walls, acted like an investigator to figure out where and what was leaking, and called in another company to get him access to the leak immediately. **He also spotted and predicted that our water heater would fail soon. He was 100% right and it only lasted another two weeks 🔮!** Once he had access passed the drywall, the leak was located and repaired, and we even sprang for him to install all new Pex water lines throughout the walls and attic crawl space so we don’t have to keep finding pinhole leaks in our corroded, old waterlines anymore. Sean (and the other two tradesmen who came with him on multiple visits) were kind, honest, knowledgable, timely, and efficient. They all took great care of us and we couldn’t be happier with these new pipes and our new sense of water security.

Had a little issue with my AC on Saturday evening. Being that it's 4th of July weekend, I was fearing the worst. Luckily, I got sent to Tim when I called in, and he got me set up with a next-day appointment, and a service appointment for down the road. Update: Matt came out and diagnosed the problem, fixed it and now the AC is strong again! Thanks everyone! Always great service!

Adaven Plumbing replaced our water heater. Jerry was the first to come over and check it out. I was really pleased at his effort to find out where the gas was coming from and found out the problem. His team came out today to install the new water heater. They were very nice, knowledgeable and did a great job with the installation.

We had Tony as our service tech and was absolutely amazing. He was constantly checking with us along the way during the adjustment of our shower temperature to make sure it was how we wanted it. 10/10 would recommend.

Brandon was great! He replaced my shower valve. Not only was he efficient but he went above and beyond. He was very professional and had no problems answering my multitude of questions. He was able to explain the process very clear and consise to me which was helpful because i am not knowledgeable about plumbing. Any time i have an issue in the future i will be sure to request brandon and i recommend everyone else does too.

Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced. Finally went through Home Advisor (11 p.m. Thursday evening) and got connected with Clear Plumbing. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. I had a plumber here at 10:30 Friday morning. A couple of hours later, I finally have hot water again. Definitely a life saver.

The service was performed on July 20 2019. I called on Friday evening and Vegas Plumbing was able to do a morning visit on Saturday. Matthew was the tech that came to do the job. I showed him the issue, which our tank was leaking. He cleaned up the water out of the water tray, lighted up the water heater, and we noticed there was a small leak. Probably pin hole size. I knew the tank was going to have to be replaced. Matthew said he had the same size of tank in the utility van and would be able to switch it out. We discussed the warranty options and I went with the platinum plan. It was only a few hundred more than what Lowes offered and a way better warranty plan.

I have a heat pump timer hooked up to my tank and Matthew was able to hook it up to the new tank at no extra cost, due to he had all the copper fittings to make it happen. Once he had the tank installed and hooked up to all the fittings, he showed me how the tank operates and recommended the best setting for our household. It's now November, and the tank is still at the same setting.

I was very impressed with Matthew's service and the opportunity he gave me of being able choose the best option for me from the multiple options that Vegas Plumbing has to offer.
