Great service. On time, professional, totally dependable. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Remove and replace seals on two toilets leaking from base. R&R a faucet and R&R a water softener.
I think clean up could have a bit better thus the one star ding. I also thought a bit pricey
but have also been told I'm out of the loop.

I work for a Property Management Company and we deal with a lot of vendors. An owner asked me to call Active Plumbing to request an estimate on a repair at her property. I have never dealt with such a rude, condescending vendor as Eddie @ Active Plumbing. He was very unprofessional, would not even allow me to talk as he had already spoken to our owner and said she was crazy and hung up on me. Who does business this way? I will make sure every owner, tenant and other vendors are aware of my experience with Eddie. Believe me people, there are way better, professional companies out there, I should know, I deal with them every day and this is not one of them.

The plumber was very hardworking. He was committed to making sure the job was done right and not making sure that every minute was billed. Their rates are cheaper compared to other plumbers.
