Impact replaced a broken main water line from the street to the house. They did a first rate job and the price was very competitive. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We have been using Excel for decades. They are honest, reliable and have always done great work for us. Kevin is a fantastic plumber and we love working with him when we have any issues. Cindy, their dispatcher, is an absolute delight and just hearing her voice brings a smile to my face whenever I call as she is so kind and friendly.

We had a washing machine valve pipe break late on a Saturday night. Tod was out in a jiffy and fixed everything quick! The prices were crazy reasonable, especially given the time of night! I’ll never use anyone else again!

I really can’t say enough great things about this company. I was in the middle of an AC nightmare and these guys really did go above and beyond to figure out what the problem was and to get it corrected. It was a long process; but they didn’t give up and they showed up to our home almost daily until it was corrected. Daryl (I believe is the owner) actually came out since it was such an ongoing issue, he was so polite and helpful. All of the techs were amazing and so nice.
We actually started to have trouble with our other unit during this heatwave we are in, we called Mike on Saturday at 4 in the afternoon and they are sending a tech out today (same day) to take a look for us. Even though they are slammed busy, they are still fitting us into their schedule! AMAZING customer service! You will not go wrong using this company, they are great and if something is wrong with anything they install, they WILL make it right. Again, can’t say enough great things about them!

Great experience with these guys. They were on time, finished all the work in a very quick and efficient manner while still doing a quality job, and they completed everything for a very fair price. More than that they even did some extra things that needed to be done for no charge. Very friendly and very professional. I would very highly recommend them and will be using them for all my plumbing needs from now on.

I was looking to hopefully flush out my water heater because we were frequently running out of hot water when family stayed sometimes on weekends while in town. I liked the technician that came to my house. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but he treated me like a person and not like a dumb female or potential sale. He answered all of my questions professionally and was very kind and helpful. He explained to me why it was futile to try and flush the existing water heater, because it was an unknown amount of years of neglect before we bought the house two years prior. The price was quite reasonable to replace and even upgrade to a larger unit. I will definitely recommend them to neighbors and use them again if ever needed for plumbing issues.

I would am glad I went with a licensed plumber. Our previous plumber took our funds and never came back. For someone that doesn’t have any plumbing background, the plumber that was sent out walked me through what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with this company. Raptor plumbing was the Sub contractor for a General Bad Contractor name DC Building who worked on 3 million dollar project for me. Not even two year, lots of thing broke which I fixed using my people. But this week the irrigation pipe broke under the back valve concrete structure. Its about 18 month old, the pipe broke, water pipe. I didn't care for the warranty but I called them anyway because they are the sub who worked on those pipes. Lady on the phone was nice and sent out the foreman name IVAN to look into it. He came looked into it before I even mentioned the warranty, his words We didn't do that pipe. So they did all the plumbing work except the broken pipe. I asked him who else did work on the plumbing beside Raptor. He doesn't know. Stay 100 feet away from this company. I am a commercial developer, any sub bid in future from Raptors will be automatically disqualify for the future development.
