Receptionist/secretary was flexible and keeps you updated on driver and estimated times. Plumber contacts you en route and informs/explains situation and estimated costs. Helpful, courteous, professional, reliable.

Had to get main line fixed by replacing part from water heater. Everything finished in a couple hours and water running.

I had called the company to have someone do a leak detection, Jose came out and tracked where the leak was and told us what to do. was very helpful, will use them again. the company called and asked how things had gone, and told them we were having a problem so they volunteered to come out and see if they could help. Jose came out and spent extra time helping to trace the lines again, and found what we needed, then told us what we needed to do. they are very helpful, and we wont hesitate to use them again. thank you very much for your help.

Water heater broke and I needed help quick. Impact plumbing took my call fast and were out here a few hours later. My water heater was replaced same day and they did a great job. Will get all my business from here on out. Telling all my friends about them also!

I just want to say thank you to Mark who answered my calls and to Jose that came to our house and completed not one but 2 different clog issues within a couple of weeks of each other . Once for our kitchen sink drain and 2nd time for our drain for the washing machine. Thank you so much!!!

Jump 2 It Plumbing did a wonderful job for me. I needed a water heater. Mine is in a very strange and hard to get to spot. They showed up at the time they said they would. They were very professional. They were very reasonably priced. I am very pleased with the service and end results. They went above and beyond what they had to do. My gas water heater, purchased from a local Lowe's on 11/02/20111 with an extended parts & labor warranty, stopped working on 06/30/2016. The pilot light was out and could not be reignited despite numerous attempts at troubleshooting. Sound Plumbing was the company that Lowe's sent to repair my water heater and I am most happy that they did. It turns out that the entire Honeywell control valve (white plastic box with flashing light and pilot light/temperature controls) was defective and had to be replaced at no cost under warranty.

The best part of this service experience was the plumber/service technician who came out to do the work. Bill Abella is one knowledgeable plumber (been gathering experience in the field since age 12!) who insists on taking his time, keeping the work area clean, explaining everything to the customer and going above and what is necessary to ensure that the job is done properly and guarantee customer satisfaction. Rumor has it that some Sound Plumbing customers not only specifically ask for him by name, but insist on knowing his phone number for direct-dial access. He's also extremely interesting/enjoyable to have around, a real nice guy and a good conversationalist. Bill Abella is someone you'd be interested in knowing privately, outside of the actual service encounter.

After I also decided to replace the existing tank anode (extreme deterioration readily visible) and install a ball valve for easier future tank draining/flushing in my approximately 4.5 year old water heater (cost of $225.00), Bill ensured that everything was in tip-top working order and also flushed all the air out of the hot water outlets in my house before leaving.

This was by far my best service experience with a plumber bar none; I had never heard of this particular plumbing company before and now I will most likely be using them for all of future plumbing needs! Perhaps, you too should consider using this company's services the next time the need arises?

Joni's has A1 customer service, and their techs are offer great and quick service. Definitely will book them in the future for all our needs. :)

I was recommended this company through a friend and I’m really glad I used them. The team was overall friendly and helpful. I have a tendency to do a lot of research before hand so I had an idea of what might have been wrong and roughly the cost. When my technician came out he was super polite when I explained what I thought was wrong. I genuinely appreciated that especially being a female, I’ve had some people shut me down right away. After my service he explained what was wrong and how he fixed it, which was great. And the cost was perfect!! This company did an amazing job, I will definitely us them again.

Received their flyer in the mail so I tried them out. They we great. Text me they were on the way and arrived on time. The person that showed up was polite, explained what was done and finished the job quickly. I will definitely use them again if the need arises and would recommend them.
