Best New Construction Plumbing in Las Vegas NV

I can not tell you how grateful I am to Trent and the staff at LV Restoration and Plumbing. They were so diligent and kind to my 80 yr old mother. They moved all the furniture and put it all back. She had a inside water heater go out. They were professional and courteous. We are so grateful they were the ones we chose.

Let me just start with this, I can not say anything good or bad about the work this company does. That is not what this is about.

I was driving north on the 95 today, doing 80mph (I know that is speeding, I'm not complaining about his speed, as you will see). I looked in my rear view mirror only to see a Ford Econoline driving a few feet from my rear bumper. My reaction was to slowly let off the gas (implying to him that he was too close) but that didn't work. Next thing to do (since I couldn't get over to the right) was to tap my brakes (I was doing my best to be civil, trying not to provoke him). But I guess this was the wrong move. I then was subject to a barrage of Aggressive Driving Techniques. I can describe this guy's middle finger in depth (he decided to show it to me for around 10 seconds) I couldn't quite make out what he was screaming at me (probably a good thing) and then he attempted to run me off of the road (I had to stomp on my brakes to avoid hitting him as he sharply came into my lane) I guess this was not enough for him because then he started slamming the brakes (trying to get me to rear end him) and swerving in and out of his lane (so that I wasn't able to get around him) I ended up having to exit the highway at Charleston.

Now they may do great service and it may be cheaper than the competition. But are these the type of people that you would want in your house?

By the way it was a White Male in his late 20's (I'm guessing) and he was in the van with JUMP 02 as a license plate. In Henderson, about an hour ago. (Around 2:30pm on June 10, 2013)

So the service was greatcame fast and fixed the problem but when they left my toilet was leaking a little bit and somehow there was water coming out of the kitchen I fixed it by tightening the toilet connector they tell me it's normal and should stop in 30 mins which I thought was kinda normal since all the water so the guy who came out was awesome he was great nice guy great hard worker then I call and ask the service manager delinda if they would be able to help if something were to happen if it was due to the plumbing job she just kinda laughed at me and started getting angry and was trying to throw blame at me trying to make it my fault I was just asking of it was something on their end then would they be able to clear it up she didn't care she was just trying to make it my fault. When I called the first time she also laughed at my plying problems because I asked for a quote which I thought was very rude like I have enough problems already I'm trying to do business I just wanna know what it's gonna cost me. Well the service was good but they need to hire someone to take calls because she was way too unpleasant 5 stars on the service but 1 on the way they're handling there business.

They are honest and fair, and have always been good with us.

We have been using Excel for decades. They are honest, reliable and have always done great work for us. Kevin is a fantastic plumber and we love working with him when we have any issues. Cindy, their dispatcher, is an absolute delight and just hearing her voice brings a smile to my face whenever I call as she is so kind and friendly.

Sound plumbing gave excellent service with my hot water heater replacement. Not only was customer service excellent and professional. Shaun walked me through the entire process till I felt comfortable.

Amazing work, reasonable prices and fast !

We began having problems with our heater after having a brand new a/c installed this past summer. The furnace began clicking twice before heat would blow out. So we called your business and Steve Frederick came out to our home. Steve was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it with ease. He also let us know that our units safety features are functioning properly; which made us feel very comfortable! We could tell he was very skilled and knowledgeable about his profession and that makes us confident in continuing to use your company.

I would like to voice my opinion loud and clear: DO NOT USE AQUA PLUMBING in Las Vegas. They have the worst customer service snd especially Kelly is extremely rude and incompetent.

Came twice, still didn't fix the problem. Two weeks later, a leak re-opened. Patch solutions
