Best New Construction Installation in Las Vegas NV

My father in laws house had a broken pipe in the kitchen and they came out within an hour. They helped all the way from fixing the problem to working with the insurance and the rebuild. I would highly recommend this company!!

Do you miss the honest, trustworthy and fair priced plumbers of yesteryear? You’ve found them with this company. When I needed a water softener after moving to Nevada and as a single woman I prayed I’d find a plumber who wouldn’t rip me off. Preston and his 40+ year plumber experienced father Roger were just the right fit. Their experience, expertise and fair pricing along with their prompt action to help me couldn’t have been better. Instinctively I knew I could trust them. They advised me on a good softener and installed it neatly. They came running when I had a kitchen sink plumbing problem. They came back on another date to install a laundry tub. They have become like family! I feel perfectly comfortable to leave them in my house to repair or do any work at this point. You will not be disappointed with this company as they also have strict employee guidelines for the rest of their staff. Obviously I highly recommend this company!

My most recent work order with this business was to install a reverse osmosis unit under my kitchen sink. Once again, top quality job with attention to detail. Preston & Roger are the absolute BEST in the plumbing field with so much experience to back up their work. So far they have completed 4 separate jobs for me over a few months time and I’ve never been disappointed. I am blessed as a single woman to have found such a trustworthy business. We were having Septuc tank issues. I called Sound Plumbing and they were able to get out within a few hours. Decided we needed to pump the septic and they arranged everything for us. Then Sterling came back to check the leach field with the power Jett and a camera. Really impressed with the professional quality of their service. I will continue to use and recommend Sound Plumbing for any kind of issues dealing with water!

Simply came out and performed my air conditioning Maintenance . My unit is 3 years old and it was the first Maintenance we have had . They were very professional and went above and beyond for us. Never dealt will more professional and great people. While I was out off town flying he came to house diagnosed my problem and gave me options to fix it, I called them on a Saturday and water heater removed and replaced in less a 24hrs. I can’t speak highly enough. They have earned my business from now on.

Do Not Use! In My Opinion, This Company Is Very Suspicious!
Darren came by June 1st 2023 to provide an estimate, arriving about 2 hours late I might add. I also had to call twice for an update, instead of them letting me know what’s going on. He sold me on the idea of coming back the next day (June 2, 2023) around 2PM. He never showed up. I tried contacting him, but got no reply. I called the office and spoke with someone named Mike. He said Darren showed up and had tried to reach me but was unable to and left. I told him I have security cameras around my house and I can attest he never showed up and he never tried to call. What worries me is a stranger who is clearly not reliable or honest, now has my personal information, such as my home address, what my property layout is like, my gate code and he also asked me if I had a dog. That, along with wasting your value time, is a reason why I would NOT recommend this business.

Awesome company and extremely professional. We had a bit of miscommunication (Yelp's fault), and it was cleared right away and remedied immediately. I thought the reserved slot was for 9AM, but was due to Yelp's mistake, no one showed up. So I called and Scott got me in at 2PM to snake out the clog in my toilet. The plumber was courteous and professional, quickly getting to work and promptly leaving after payment. I would definitely keep these guys in my favorites list for future accidents. Thanks Scott and the Dignity Plumbing Team!
