Jason is hands down the best in the business. He know’s what he’s doing, he’s friendly, professional, and shows up as scheduled. I will only call him for my plumbing needs, and I suggest you do the same.

Jeremy came like 2 hours after I called and quickly, expertly diagnosed my problem. Gave me an estimate to have the work performed or not A few hours and I had no more issues. Also installed a garbage disposal.I thought it was reasonable for the work. Plumbers are expensive, just gotta know that when you pick up the phone. I'll call precision with any future issues. Aging home, there's always something.

I used Innovative to install a new garbage disposal and for a small leak I discovered in the garage. The office was responsive to schedule changes I had to make, and the plumber Ralph was able to quickly handle both plumbing issues during the same visit which saved me time! **HIGHLY RECOMMENDED** we chose this company based on their reviews and we were NOT disappointed. We had gone almost a year with very limited water thanks to a mess up from another plumbing company we recently found out. Alex, the owner, Almer and Gio were quick to diagnose our issue, fix it and got us water going in no time. Let me tell you it was HEAVEN!! They were very professional, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Though you couldn’t really put a price on going from “barely water to water flowing”!

In mid May 2021 I had Catania install a Pelican Filter and Water Softener system in our home in Henderson. Helen recommended the Pelican system to me and Jerry did a beautiful installation. We are very pleased with the performance of the entire system. We no longer have the hard water stains on silverware or glasses in the dishwasher. The water tastes much better than prior to the installation. Thank you Helen and Jerry.

Prostar saved us thousands of dollars when our entire house had to be replumbed due to faulty Kitech connectors (which they had not installed). Their work was excellent and they are wonderful people to work with. Since then we have had them do many plumbing projects. They believe in service after the job. Just last month, I texted them on a Sunday for some advice as I was replacing filters in the RO system they had originally installed. They were helpful as always. Jorge and Oscar are the best!

Very honest,profesional, Miguel was a God send .He took the time to listen and answer every question I had and never made me feel like he was out to rob me.I had him flush out my whole plumbing in my house due to a water softener backing up in every sink and two toilets showers and you name it.Very long process but was very excellent and didn't try to gouge me like some other plumbing company's tried.I an very thankful and I will use him and pass on his business cards .He is fair ,honest , and if you need someone you can trust he is the guy. you will never need to look elsewhere this company is the place to get good rates,honesty and the upmost professionalism.
