We had a pipe connection break for our water softener on Saturday evening. We called Precision Plumbing and Frank Rohr called us right back. He asked if we could send him a picture of the problem, which I did and he told me it was an easy fix. Frank arrived right on time and fixed it in no time! He checked it to make sure there were no leaks (and there weren't!) He was not only very friendly he was neat. Everything was cleaned up before he left. I have had 2 great experiences with this company. Both times the service tech arrived on time and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Had Wesley at my house today for an AC related problem and he was great. Super friendly and knowledgeable and even humored my crazy kids :) Would definetly recommend!!

Doug and his team we able to inspect a potential leak that we discovered in our condo. They were able to do the initial estimate and repair work on back to back days and the work was done beautifully and quickly! He and his team were all very knowledgeable and helped us understand our options, as well as recommend a plaster repair company for additional work we are considering. Air compressor had blown a copper line going from the compressor to the air hoses..Mark came checked it out got the copper line he needed, sweated the angles together and good as new..and with a 2 yr warranty can't beat that to your door service.

UPDATE 9/23/22: We had to call on Adaven again yesterday due to an emergency. Steven and Jerry responded immediately and took care of the issue to our complete satisfaction. Jerry still has his customer oriented business sense that you don't see much of anymore. He stands by his work and truly cares that his customers are happy. We are so grateful to have them for all of our plumbing needs and wouldn't consider using anyone else!

We have used Adavan Plumbing for the past couple of years for all of our plumbing needs. They have installed a water heater, a water softener, a toilet, and have done a number of plumbing repairs in our home. The guys are always neat, clean, respectful of our property and do a great job. Steven, in particular, has been extraordinarily professional and dependable. Jerry, the owner, is very responsive when called upon and it's obvious that customer satisfaction is extremely important to him which I appreciate so much because it's a quality I don't see in many others these days. I was driving down Ft Apache coming from Tropicana at about 4:30-4:45pm on 8/23. Your tech driving a Raptor Plumbing Van #12 was reckless with his driving. He was dodging in and out of traffic lanes, speeding, taking off on green lights, going off into the desert to go around cars and trying his best to get home, I can only assume, in Mts Edge. Only to pull up next to him and find him looking at his phone possibly texting. I call to complain and you guys close at 4pm. Makes sense why he was driving erratic. Gotta get home on Friday night right?! All this while I'm driving with my 3 year old in his car seat. People like this and companies that hire people like this don't deserve jobs or to be in business. Hopefully people read this and choose another company for their plumbing needs!
