Best Main Water Line in Las Vegas NV

After being unable to have another company replace our leaking water heater and waiting over a week I contacted TECHCOOL. This was on a Monday morning and by noon they were at my house with a water heater of my choice to install. They were professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB. I recommend them highly!

Between Jason and Andrew aka the dynamic duo, they are the Mario and Luigi of plumbing... Reliable, professional, awesome, etc... I can go on and on about how Ammmazzzinngggggg they are especially in an emergency, but either way I'm glad that I kept digging because they're that hidden treasure with extra gems in the side and leaning out of the treasure chest... If you want a company that's fast, efficient, knowledgeable, reliable, and respectful... I suggest Nevada Plumbing Authority... I will always continue to use them for my mother's plumbing needs... God bless them both 🤓🙏

Had my water heater go out and called these guys, Fernando came out and change it out, got a better price from them then any other place I talked to. Fernando did a great job, even came back after a hour to check out how it was working.

The 2 guys that came in where very professional and got the job done quickly.

Save yourselves trouble. They won’t even bother calling you If they’re running late. They will eventually call after you follow up (confirming that they’re running late), then you won’t hear from them again until 9:00pm when your entire day is already ruined as you had to shut down the water supply waiting for this plumbing company which is far from being precise and don’t know the meaning of customer service.

Frontier Plumbing removed an old pedestal sink and replaced it with a fancy glass top sink bowl and faucet. Excellent work Curtis is awesome and our go to plumber.

I'm glad I chose Las Vegas Plumber, a trustworthy business with knowledgeable specialists in the Las Vegas vicinity. Most definitely advise!

Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.

Filed a claim with my Home warranty company ~ American Home Shield for a clogged toilet. 5 Star Home Services came and used a snake to clear the clog and scratched the porcelain in the toilet bowl. Both AHS and 5 Star say that they are not liable for any damage during a repair service. I have been using AHS for over 10 year but definitely will not be renewing my contract with them. I also will never use 5 Star Home Services again. The guy who answered the phone was very abrupt and unhelpful.
