Had an issue with both of our A/C units. Contacted 5 star through our home warranty. Our service technician, Rueben, was very professional, polite and helpful with all of the issues we had with our units. If I were to use this service again I would definitely recommend Rueben! I’m sure the other technicians are just as professional, but I’d rather stick with what I know.

After meeting Dave we decided to go ahead with the work because he was very upfront, honest and his quote was a fraction of the other company. We are extremely happy with the work Dave and Dan did.
