Best Line Location in Las Vegas NV

Called to get a diagnosis on a leak and was charged over $300 for them to cut a 2x2 hole in my wall in order to just figure out where the leak was. Then, when we got the repair done, they didn’t credit the diagnosis fee towards the repair cost. CROOKS! There are better companies out there, please take the time to look. This practice is absurd.

I showed the technician a plant by our driveway that was excessively growing and green on the first trip to our house. The technician said that there was a sprinkler valve leaking. When our lawn maintenance company got around to removing and replacing the valve, that did not fix the water leak. We had the technician out again. The antisiphon valve was identified as the reason for the leak.
We replaced the antisiphon valve. That did not fix the leak.
The Las Vegas Water Waste Department sent us more notifications of continuous water flow.
We had the Technician come out again, and he
detected sounds under the driveway where I showed him the excessively green plant on his first visit troubleshooting visit. We are very disappointed in the type of service we received.

Another issue:
Your Motto is: No Distruction. However, our home have 11 holes in the walls as they were looking for a continuous flow of water in our house.
That seems as if modern equipment did the technician no good.

the technicians were friendly and respectful.

I called three or four times for a product they sell. One return call I was not home. There has been no further response

They are always there when i need them and they get the job done right

My shower drain was backed up, and I tried drano and my own snake. Called Dave and he came by within a hour and cleared it in 15 mins. Thanks again

I have used this company on three separate occasions. They are amazing and so efficient. All three occasions they came the same day which is so important when you have plumbing issues. Been fighting with my home warranty and their sketchy local vendor for a week trying to get my leaking water heater replaced. Finally went through Home Advisor (11 p.m. Thursday evening) and got connected with Clear Plumbing. They responded quickly and scheduled an appointment. I had a plumber here at 10:30 Friday morning. A couple of hours later, I finally have hot water again. Definitely a life saver.

I HAD A PRETTY BAD CLOG IN MY KITCHEN, WHICH I STRONGLY BELIEVE HAD STARTED FORM WHEN THE PREVIOUS TENANTS LIVED IN THE HOUSE. ANTHEM CAME OUT DID A DIAG, SHOWED ME ON SOME PLUMBING CAMERA THING & FIXED THE ISSUE, MUCH QUICKER THAN I THOUGHT THAT WOULD AND I INSTANTLY NOTICED A DRASTIC DIFFERENCE IN HOW FAST THE SINK WAS DRAINING.
