My water heater exploded on a Sunday (of course). I called the company who installed it. After waiting three hours for a call back, I decided to call a few other companies. Adaven was the first to call back and Nancy was on it. Took my info, got back to me within a few minutes with a quote and asked if the next day at 10:00am would work. Yes! Danny arrived at 10:00am, loaded up my broken water heater (which was still under warranty), and was back within 40 minutes with my new one. Quick and professional install. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and family. Use them for all your water heater needs! You won’t regret it

Very rarely do you meet a professional such as Mike Rehac at My Plumber LV. We found Mike online and it was a fantastic experience! Mike responded to our service request almost immediately and went above and beyond. He repaired several faucet handles and even though it was a late night call, helped us advert disaster by replacing a leaking kitchen sink. He diagnosed the issue immediately, suggested which replacement fixtures to buy online and even went to the store to pick up the new faucet. He even came back the following morning to complete one more repair that he had to pick up a part for. Our house was ready for dozens of guests coming in and we were able to be ready and have our kitchen ready for action. This is the best plumber we've ever worked with!

I had a tub draining slow. They caused a leak and flooded my downstairs caused over $6,000 in damages. When I called them they responded 4 hours later to an emergency call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

I called Roto-Rooter first because we had used them in the past and they did an excellent job. For this particular job we did get a lower estimate from another company so we will be using that company, but I will definitely call Roro-Rooter again if I have any future plumbing issues.

Came home after a vacation opened the main water supply valve checked all fixtures and notice water leaking into the water heater drain pan. I know this was bad. It was 4pm and needed a plumber and saw 702 PlumbAIR on the web and called. I thought maybe the next day I’d see a plumber, boy was I wrong. A plumber (Victor) arrived within the hour and diagnosed the problem. The rapid response surprised me. Within 24 hours our water heater was professionally replaced and tested. I could not be happier with 702 PlumbAIR. You people are the best. I will never use another company for my plumbing needs. Thank you so much.

I have now used them twice and extremely happy. First time was identifying the location of smell, after having multiple different plumbers being called out through my home warranty company and those plumbers finally giving up and stating the issue was a broken pipe in the slab. I called Lange plumbing. Lee from Lange came out, identified the cracked vent pipe in the wall with some device the identifies the smell, and fixed it that day. I wish I called them first. This last time we had a cracked pipe between the meter and our house flooding the yard. Called Lange after hours and Brian was there within an hour. At night, digging through cold weather and wet mud, he quickly fixed my broken pipe and I was able to get water back to my house. Very pleased with their work and happy to recommend them.

Was referred by our overbooked plumber. Excellent scheduling process. Tech arrived without PPE protocols in place. Pleasant but self impressed... diagnosed component replacements for our water heater would cost almost the purchase price of our unit... which included his $120/hr rate for the drive across town to aquire parts. After discussing these fees w our plumber we decided to just replace & install it for a couple hundred more than our repair bid. I called the office to cancel my service request & pay a service call fee. They were once again very pleasant & professional, refusing payment seemingly embarrassed w Darren's behavior. Then Darren texted whining about our 2nd opinion. He thinks Covid-19 is imaginary. I told him he should expand his sources of factual information then i decided to leave it alone.... then.... Darren mistakenly texted me instead of his boss calling me a pea-headed f## lol yes he even mispelled the profanity. If you call these folks you should definitely request anyone but Darren. It's hard to get good help
