Very polite and even put booties on his feet before coming into my home. Quickly found the problem and took care of it. Even put my planter and flower pots back in place!! I called this morning they were at the house for a free quote within a few hours . Jose was super nice walked me through everything gave me all my options to solve my issue will definitely only use this service for my plumbing issues from now on I got a new water softener put in and they even hauled the old one away

Very friendly and they communicated well. They showed up on time. Went over everything with me. They found a couple of leaks in our pool plumbing system above ground and marked them for the plumber doing the repairs.
They were also very reasonably priced.

I had them come out to do my annual A/C Tune-up and Inspection, on 9/2/2022, as part of my membership plan. The Tech's name was Kevin Schroeder. He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything he was going to do and check for. He took pictures to let me see that my components were in good shape and performing as they should. He changed out my air filters, which are in my hallway ceiling and a pain for me to do myself. No unexpected surprises or faux issues came up, which is usually not the case when service people come through. We all know how they can be. This was actually a really great experience. He was even super nice to my cat, who can be a bit of a troublemaker. Definitely 5 star service!

I had work done for two days in my place.the first day the plumber said it was a wasted day and nothing was done after making over 20 holes in my place. Second day he comes late then makes more holes to fix issue... in those two days he did not clean up after himself. The place still looked a huge mess wall pieces everywhere . Once they left I started to clean and noticed my brand new machine that I have only used once to clean carpet was used. No one asked me if they could use it, and to top it off it was filthy with paint and wall pieces in the machine. This machine is only a dam carpet washer not a vacuum and cost me over 400 dollars. Do not use this company!!!!!!!!!!!! Not professional

I had some concerns with water building up in a small area of my yard. They came out to assess the problem on the day I called. It turned out to be the irrigation. Because they were so friendly and professional, I plan to use them for future plumbing projects.

I have called them twice now. Both times they were able to quote and schedule by phone and text, without having to have an estimator visit. Then they showed up on time, did the job well, and charged exactly the amount they quoted. I’ll definitely call them next time.

i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.

I just want to say thank you to Mark who answered my calls and to Jose that came to our house and completed not one but 2 different clog issues within a couple of weeks of each other . Once for our kitchen sink drain and 2nd time for our drain for the washing machine. Thank you so much!!!
