Found this place through Google and I must say we are very greatful. The professional and nice dispatcher got us someone right away, Jose gave us a call in less then 5 mins. He said he would be at our home within the hour and made it within the hour. We were so stressed, but he definitely help us and took care of the emergency. He also got a company to contact us about the clean up. Jose was very professional and knowledgeable, told us what the issue was and took care of it right away. Will most definitely use them again in the future.

Ino said he would be here as close to 7:00 AM as possible. He and his co-worker showed up at 7:14. They were clean, courteous, fast, efficient and very competent. They had specialized equipment and did their jobs quickly. Found the problem and suggested a low-cost solution. Ino did not try to up-sell me and made sure I understood what was wrong and how to fix it. He made sure I had no questions and volunteered to talk wiith my pool maintenance service if they had any questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Ino and Valley Wide Leak Detection for any suspected leak problem. They were great.

My home warranty contracts with them. The tech David that came to estimate took 4 days to get an estimate to my home warranty for my pipe leak issue. Meanwhile, my pipe is leaking. During this time I called them and my home warranty only to to be told that their tech was working on pricing. So I decided to look for other plumbers and found 4 on Yelp. All 4 of them came and gave me an estimate in less than an hour. I'm using one of them now. Meanwhile, this lame boss plumbing still has not replied. When I decided to call my home warranty to change to the other plumber I'm using they told me boss plumbing finally had an estimate on the 5th day and it was $1200. Fair price so I called boss plumbing to confirm. Their rep Nickie tells me its actually $2300 because I'm not using my home warranty with them. Messy workers . So not only are they not responsive but they cannot get their price accurately and work done on time. Do you really want this company fixing your problem?? They probably will mess it up....be careful.

Pipe dream plumbing is an exceptional company with extraordinary employees! I contacted Pipe Dreams company and spoke with a gentleman name Chance. (AN HONEST COMPANY) Chance informed me the company unfortunately couldn't unclog the drain because its not something they do. Chance took 14 minutes out of his morning to explain the way most plumbing companies operate. He made me feel comfortable with the plumbing lingo and what i would need in a company. In the end he recommended Elliott's and it all made sense. Will with Elliott's showed up. (Will is an amazingly professional, soft spoken yet confident, employee that never pitched me) He came in and listened attentively to my problem, and reassured me he could fix the problem. (Not in a way that made me believe he had something to prove, but rather as if he's been doing this all his life) From the time he walked through the door until he removed the clog and cleaned up was 11 minutes. Grateful is not a strong enough word. It takes an honest company to give an honest opinion, while taking time out of their busy schedule to help someone else without any return. I will forever remember the olive branch Chance at pipe dreams extended. When i need any major renovations or run into a problem I will definitely be giving pipe dreams a try. Called to install a softener, very good and gentle response, and the day after plumber was at my home at the exact time we agreed. Before start the job he did a quick analysis and after a couple of minutes he told me the exact price. I just confirmed and after a couple of hours the softener was perfectly installed. A fast and clean job. Finally a group of real professionals plumbers. They deserve five full stars!

Robert was great on at least four previous occasions but my most recent experience was not even palatable. Someone other than Robert showed up to do repairs. All parts for repair that were requested were obtained and provided to the employee. The employee completed job in an hour and tried to bill $500 for one hour labor. Then smirked and claimed it wasn't fair so he would settle for $400. Took payment and refused to provide receipt for work claiming I had to speak with Robert and left the job. Come to find out the repairs were insufficient and job was incomplete requiring more parts that Robert would not supply or repair. Then claimed he referred me an independent contractor. No receipt, horrible work quality, and sent someone obviously not licensed and insured also denied accountability for an employee he sent to do a simple job thinking it was a quick cash grab. Absolutely horrible experience. Finished job myself. $400 for less than an hours work and job not even done. I purchased all parts. Doesn't get any worse. They will not communicate to resolve issue or provide receipts or refund. Like an episode of The Twilight Zone.

If I could give Zero, I would. I tried to simply set up an account with these people for my client, and I could have snuck through TSA easier. All of this AFTER I sent a request through email, got the generic we will contact you, and nobody ever did. Close to three weeks ago. Classic example of when you don't have to chase your $$ and everybody takes getting paid for granted because they have direct deposit. Kick rocks, American Leak Detection and Megan and the even ruder Shannon or whatever your name is. Un-freaking-believable.
