I can't say enough good things about this company, Haik is super knowledgeable, and doesn't quit until the job is done and you are satisfied, I've felt with other companies and most unlike Mastermind Mechanical they try to upsell and do extras that aren't needed, Haik gave us exactly what we wanted and needed. Fingers crossed we won't be needing his assistance for a long time to come but I can guarantee if and when we do he will be the one and only one called for service!! Air compressor had blown a copper line going from the compressor to the air hoses..Mark came checked it out got the copper line he needed, sweated the angles together and good as new..and with a 2 yr warranty can't beat that to your door service.

Dan’s Dirty Drains helped me when things got really messy! David and Dan were very pleasant, and explained the problems my clogged toilets were having in detail. (I guess is not good to flush toilet paper when having cheap toilets.) They were quick to fix the issue and within minutes my toilets were unclogged and properly working again. I highly recommend these two! No hidden fees and the price for all three of my clogged toilets was unmatched!

I walked into my garage the other morning to find water cascading from the top of our 7-year old water heater, which had apparently corroded to the point of failure. I called BEST to report the problem and they had a technician at my house in under 4 hours. Mike was extremely professional and courteous and was able to explain to me the issue and offer several courses of action. We opted to replace the water heater on the spot, which he was able to complete in under 2 hours. I felt that he was honest and straightforward with all of the information that he provided me and allowed me to make the best decisions based on my specific situation. W e had our water heater go out last night. Water was leaking from the top and bottom of the unit. There was no hot water. We went to Home Depot to get a quote for a water heater and installation. Home Depot doesn't actually do the install and sale. They farm it out to others. When we got the quote for the water heater and install, it was $2400 $554 for the water heater and $1800+ for installation!!?? That's a rip off!! Then we called 24 HR Emergency Plumber Las Vegas LLC and the polite woman who took the call was very nice and understood our dilemma and quoted $1400. Thank you for the fantastic work too.
