It's hard to beat the value you get from these pros. I was about to go without hot water for days when they came and replaced my water heater in about 20 minutes.

In the process of creating Haik's website I have met a number of times with Haik Vardanian and made a deep dive assessment into his business. I will never use this company again. I had a contract with them to come out twice a year. The guy came out. After he left, we had no heat on one side of our house. The company wanted to charge us a service call for him to come back. Amber hung up on me when I argued about the fee. I am so done with this company. Calling my warranty company. Now I have to pay their fee, but they will fix it. I found out silver states guy didn't secure the door on the furnace. It fell off and that's why we didn't have heat. I had to pay another company to fix their negligence. I want to be reimbursed.
An update. After getting a message through to the owner of Silver State, they did reimburse us for the money we had to pay to fix their technicians mistake. Our faith in Silver State has been restored.

I'm only giving 3 stars because I described my problem in grave detail to the scheduler, only to have them come out and tell us they're not qualified to do irrigation line leak detection (we want it pin-pointed exactly and apparently American Leak Detection is the only qualified contractor for that? At least the only one we could find that definitely does that type of inspection). Anyway, that delayed us from getting on the schedule for the correct contractor to come out and we need it fixed ASAP to sell our house. Please train your schedulers on what your company can and can't do! Very frustrating. At least they showed up on time and were friendly and up-front with us.

Vegas Valley Plumbing is what every plumbing company should aspire to be! I had a big job and their estimate was on time, accurate, comprehensive, and came in below others. When work began they accomplished in one day what others would've taken a week to do and professional contractors were in awe of the quality of their work. Everyone there with whom I spoke was friendly, helpful, and courteous – a true team of professionals! In the future this will always be the plumbing company I call. Seriously!

Air compressor had blown a copper line going from the compressor to the air hoses..Mark came checked it out got the copper line he needed, sweated the angles together and good as new..and with a 2 yr warranty can't beat that to your door service.

We called and they knew that it wasn't an emergency but still arrived the same day. They installed a soft water system and replaced a toilet and were the best plumbers we have ever used. We will definitely put on our list to call first when we need any sort of plumbing work.

My kitchen drain has been slow for quite a while and just kept getting worse. Finally, I called around and got a recommendation for Dan. He quoted me a great price and showed up exactly when he said he would. Got right to work and had the drain fully opened abt 15 minutes. I will be recommending him to all my family & friends. Seriously amazing service! 1/3 the price of other plumbers and same day weekend service.

We homeowner in downtown Vegas—our system crashed and it was hot as blue blazes. Called these folks and they sent Ivan right over. He troubleshot our older system and found the compressor had gone out. He fixed it on the spot, didn’t try to sell me a new system, and engendered real confidence and trust. Great cost points and I’ll use these folks regularly.LEGITIMATELY TRUSTWORTHY! Repeat customer for sure in the future for all our needs. Great discount club membership is reasonable—while I shy away from these things usually, I’m joining.

I am editing my original review because it was not so good because of a bad experience, but after letting them know about the unresolved issues, StraightUp Plumbing made it right. Heres what happened: Mark did not address my original issue of a leaky toilet shut-off valve, but instead installed a new flush valve inside the toilet. He also changed out the cold water shower knob, and installed a new garbage disposal. When I viewed my email receipt I noticed I had been charged for the flush valve PLUS a flapper inside the toilet, and also for installing TWO knobs in the shower. I called and spoke to Chad, who immediately took the bull by the horns. He re-dispatched Daniel who installed the missing flapper AND fixed the leaking shut-off valve (which was the original problem). I really cannot say enough about Daniel; he is a very nice, professional and personable guy. Thank you Chad for taking care of this for me. As I promised, I am amending my original review, and if I ever need a plumber again I will request Daniel - only Daniel.

I've used Sanderson Plumbing exclusively (my go too Plumbing Team) since moving into our new home in Summerlin. Jason and his son Johnathan are the absolute best, and attention to detail is great!
They've installed a new Kohler stainless steel drop-in sink, new shower heads, new fantastic water softener, fixed a leaky bath tub faucet, identified a serious issue with my AC condensation pump, maintain my Lifesource equipment and much more....
Jason is a very honest a trust worthy man, with integrity - a combination very hard to find these days. If you need a plumber, I'd say call Sanderson Plumbing!

W e had our water heater go out last night. Water was leaking from the top and bottom of the unit. There was no hot water. We went to Home Depot to get a quote for a water heater and installation. Home Depot doesn't actually do the install and sale. They farm it out to others. When we got the quote for the water heater and install, it was $2400 $554 for the water heater and $1800+ for installation!!?? That's a rip off!! Then we called 24 HR Emergency Plumber Las Vegas LLC and the polite woman who took the call was very nice and understood our dilemma and quoted $1400. Thank you for the fantastic work too.

COOL BUSINESS. I called plumbing repair now and had same day service for a water heater replacement! The plumber was friendly and respectful.
