Fantastic experience from when I called to inquire information, until their technician AJ came for the appointment. AJ is very kind and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions with honesty and professionalism. He also gave great recommendations and tips to manage my air conditioner better. I would highly recommend for any AC needs. Hired American Leak Detection from a recommendation from another local plumbing company. The technician Mr. Bradley was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He performed his job in a very thorough manner, he reassured me that my house was holding proper water pressure, and that I did not have a main water leak. (water company insisted I was leaking 80,000 gallons of water). Tech was spot on with his assessment of a bad meter.

I wish I could take away the star I needed to write this review. My landlord sent ACE to install a new air conditioner on Monday. I received a call at work and they informed me they realized they didn’t have the part and asked if I would be ok with no ac over night until they could get the part. I told them no I have 4 kids so they offered a portable unit if I allowed them to start the process removing my ac so I agreed. TUESDAY morning my kids call me while I’m working complaining ACE technicians came Back out and removed the portable ac but did not install the new UNIT. It’s now Friday night... and guess what I still have no ac because the technicians came and started the process .. promised they would finish... and as soon as I left to get my kids food (it’s too hot to cook) they left... they left trash all over my floor... there is wires hanging everywhere... and now because my condo has been without air all week the refrigerator is no longer working properly and all food in the freezer is melting. I called the office to complain and again they are telling me it will be done tomorrow.... SAVE YOUR TIME DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I will be reaching out to a lawyer and complaining with any and every state and city officials office I can find.

They were able to get out here within 24 hours and fix the issue. Great tech named Tony that did fantastic work got it done right.

Jason was one of the most professional plumber I had worked with. We had a problem with our tankless water heater. Jason came within the hour and got it working. It wasn't actually the water heater issue. It was a corroded pipe that was making the equipment not function properly. Thank God for Jason. Previous plumber have over looked this, but Jason was able identify the problem and got it working quickly.

I have done business with Outwest Services for a long time. They are well versed from plumbing to A/C work. I will continue to use them whenever needed. Five star ⭐️ for sure!

Rocky is the best.
He checked shower booth drain pipe and he went to buy and came back to fix it in same day.
Other companies told me that I need to break shower booth tiles and change whole drain pipes, it will cost $3k more. Rocky fixed it less than $400
