I bought a new refrigerator that could not be installed because the water line for the water dispensers on the old refrigerator could not be disconnected from the wall. I called some other plumber that quoted me $960.00 to replace that shut off valve. I called Nevada Plumbing Authority for another estimate. Andrew came to my house and was able to shut the valve off and pull the line from my existing refrigerator out. No repairs were necessary. I saved $960.00 because I found an honest and competent company. I am grateful that I found them. It is a relief that he did not try to sell me a repair that was unnecessary. We had Goettl install 2 new AC units last October, empty promises of being there when we need them. For one, the techs that came out left a mess outside & inside out bedroom, trash, etc. One of the closets had to have the wall mounted items removed and reinstalled after, which the repair guy they had come did a HORRIBLE JOB! They shelves ended up collaping and damaging some items. I tried calling Armando about this and the fact that our room was not cooling as promised, no call back. Didn't think much of it over the winter, now that it is higher Temps again, I called for maintenance, was told a higher price than what was quoted, a manager was supposed to call me to discuss issues, no call back. Scheduled maintenance from their service plan, was told a different date, somehow, over a month out. So much for being there!

Chris came to look at my garbage disposal and not only unjammed it, but also gave me some tips on how to care for it in the future! Quick and easy, would highly recommend.

This place is a joke. They have time to install a water heater improperly, but don't have time to help you out when there's no money in it for them. All we wanted to do was drop off our broken heater, so we could get our new one. Of course we don't want you to install it. You're the ones that messed it up in the first place. Not to mention your services are grossly over priced. It's a sad state of affairs when you can't help someone because it's the right thing to do. My parents had to spend over a month in a hotel because of their unwillingness to help. Thanks for nothing. I'll make sure my company (managing over 100 local properties) never uses your services again. Furthermore; I plan to let everyone of my 100,000 following know that this place is no good. I'll sleep better at night knowing you've lost business. Maybe that's worth something.

David and his partner were super professional, fast, and knowledgeable. They cleared out a blockage in my kitchen sink after my 25 foot auger couldn’t. Would highly recommend.
