In selecting repairmen, most people are concerned with price as a close second (if not first) way to pick a company. Not always a good idea. Butter Plumbing has been my plumbing repair company once a year for the last three years. My house/community is 30 years old and the city water & pipes are acting up. Each visit, I am impressed with how calm and super smart their plumbers are. They 'know' the issue, they have the parts, and it stays fixed. Which is my new way to pick a repairman.
