They were very helpful! Came out the day we made the call and worked outside in the Vegas heat. They walked us through what they had to do, how they were repairing our unit and even showed us a video to help us understand. More importantly, he fixed our AC! Definitely would recommend Goettl- friendly, helpful, efficient and they fixed the AC!!!!

Dino provides quality service at very reasonable prices. We had him move 2 bathroom drains and relocate 2 water valves and a drain vent. He was able to get my job scheduled and completed within the week. He had everything he needed to compete the job on hand and he was able to complete it quickly and professionally. Don't use this service place. They are unprofessional. They are always in a bad mood and only care about going home when they are a 24/7 business.

Fast, excellent service

Taron at Blue Diamond Plumbing was the 3rd plumber to diagnose an under slab leak in the hot water pipes under my house. He came on time, made my house a priority since they already knew I had issues with the first guy, and brought the leak detection equipment which my insurance company wanted. Scheduling the work was on my day off and he completed a reroute of hot water pipes thru the walls and attic since original pipes were under the house. He left a clean job and explained absolutely everything to me as he was going. I also asked for his recommendation for a GC and he literally showed up at my house an hour later. What most people would consider a huge expensive disaster he made a pleasant experience. Laura in the office was also extremely helpful in speaking to my brother when I couldn’t and in organizing everything. A++++++

We've had a couple weeks to replace the water heater Jorge has done a fabulous job. I highly recommend his service.

Jon Harriss came out here to fix the issue that I was having with the gas pipes and he did an amazing job quick and responded to all my questions. As well as Faith who I spoke with at first did an amazing job with everything that I needed to know! Great team and great prices! Was referred by our overbooked plumber. Excellent scheduling process. Tech arrived without PPE protocols in place. Pleasant but self impressed... diagnosed component replacements for our water heater would cost almost the purchase price of our unit... which included his $120/hr rate for the drive across town to aquire parts. After discussing these fees w our plumber we decided to just replace & install it for a couple hundred more than our repair bid. I called the office to cancel my service request & pay a service call fee. They were once again very pleasant & professional, refusing payment seemingly embarrassed w Darren's behavior. Then Darren texted whining about our 2nd opinion. He thinks Covid-19 is imaginary. I told him he should expand his sources of factual information then i decided to leave it alone.... then.... Darren mistakenly texted me instead of his boss calling me a pea-headed f## lol yes he even mispelled the profanity. If you call these folks you should definitely request anyone but Darren. It's hard to get good help

We got a high water bill so I called A Better Plumbing to come out and they found out the reason for the high water bill. Monte gave me an estimate for routing a new line & said they would put the cost for the leak detection against the estimate. Carla the office mgr scheduled appointment for the next day to route the new line & Monte and his crew did an awesome job and it only took 1 day to complete. I would recommend A Better Plumbing to everyone. Only thing I wish they also did electrical since I need some work done in that area as well but Monte did give me a good referral.
