DO NOT USE. First of all Belinda in their scheduling department needs to have a come to Jesus moment if talking with people is the right job for her. You can barely understand her and her attitude is rude. They did work on my brand new home and the workmanship is so poor that I will be calling the contractor board .

I’m a fairly private person, but what I can say is that Louis helped me locate the source of the pipe leaks we had and they happened to be in an extremely inconvenient and difficult to get to area in the home. He did a fantastic job of repairing the leaks and getting the piping back in order. Informative, honest, and upfront with me about the problems we were seeing and what it would take to repair it

PENTAGON PLUMBING is absolutely AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL AND FAST!! Alfred, was/is so very nice and made QUICK work of installing our new soft water line AND new shut off valve at the house. We called on Thursday, they came out on THAT DAY and the work was COMPLETED IN TWO DAYS :) !!

I had a water main break so I need the line to be rerouted. Contacted A-Better to get an estimate for the job. They asked me to take a few pictures to send to them. The estimate came back at 1995 - 2400. The next day they send out a plumber to take a look and came back with a FIXED cost proposal with two options 1999 and 2400(for running pipe inside the wall). I really like the fact that Carla the office lady was prompt in answering all my questions via texts and emails so as leaving no doubt about the details of the job. Their price was several hundreds lower than the other bids so I picked them. They show up on time and got the job completed within 1 and half day. Very professional work. There was a minor issue but the plumber promptly called me to discuss the concern and took care of it the next day. Overall I was very happy that I contacted them for the job. They will be the first one I call should I need any plumbing work in the future. Again dealing with someone like A-Better who is willing to give me a fixed price bid gave me a great peace of mind.
