Save your money and get at least 3 bids when working with Eternal Plumbing. I have worked with them off and on for three years. At first their rates were somewhat comparable to other plumbers in town, but then they went corporate. They started passing the cost of their growth directly to their customers. Three years ago they dug a 5 foot deep hole in my front yard to extend the water shut off line. The cost was $700. I recently moved and asked for a bid on digging two 18 trenches for my new propane tanks and an installation of a tankless water heater. Eternal quoted $14,500 and said they gave me a $2000 discount. No thank you!!! I got the same job done with another licensed plumber for $3000. I will never use Eternal plumbing again unless I decide one day to start burning money. You have many options in Las Vegas. Use someone else.

I had my shower control valve repaired by Mr James Pilkington and his performance is nothing short of outstanding. He fixed my plumbing issue fast and efficient and he provided a sound advise on how to secure a replace for the bad part (Moen) with life time warranty. James is a person I can recommend to all my friends to work on their plumbing problem.

From the first conversation I had with Curtis, the experience in general was stress free. Never once did he make me feel as if I'd be taken advantage of. I called Plumbing Repair Now because they offered same day service. Not only did they come out on the same day but within two hours of calling. The plumber, I believe Steve was his name, was very professional and friendly. I had called this company because my water heater leaked and flooded my garage floor. Steve removed the old one and replaced it with a brand new water heater with a ten year warranty. He even helped with removing the water from my garage floor. Excellent service. After trying other plumbing services in Las Vegas I couldn't be more happy.

I had Garry from 5 Star handle my home warranty job of replacing a leaky manablock. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with throughout. Highly recommend and will use them again for future plumbing needs.

So relieved we found Valleywide to detect and fix our pool leak! We knew we had leak for a few months now but had a hard time determining where it was coming from - it progressively got worse the last couple weeks- losing about an inch of water a day. Plaster and equipment is all fairly new - about a year old but the pool itself is about 30 years old. Our pool guy wasn't able to determine where the leak was coming from so I contacted another pool leak detection I found on google with a lot more reviews.. he came out and spent about 30 minutes fiddling around before telling me he had to leave and gave no indication where leak might be. So I gave Valleywide a call - they set up a time to come find the leak. Super professional, efficient and reasonably priced. They found the leak in about 30-40 min. They were able to schedule a time to fix the leak as well later in the week but did not pressure me at all to schedule it with them. A pipe had cracked right where they detected. The job took a few hours and we are not losing any water now. With all the flaky people out there don't waste your time - use Valleywide for your pool leak detection!
